Pros:

Last minute reservation. (Luckily there was availability.) Seamless check-in. Clean room, although we did use the iron and it had sticky/crusty black stuff on it that stained a shirt. Staff not needed but friendly at check-in/out.

A little powder and a little paint makes a girl what she ain't.

The entry is deceiving and the hotel is definitely not 4-star ready. The staff was kind and apologetic, and apologeting, and apologetic again.

Sending guests to unfinished areas of the hotel, multiple guests booked to the same room, heavily stained window treatments, mold/mildew, debris, construction zones, de-humidifiers in the hallways due to poor tempurature control, dirty carpeting, double billing, furniture needing replacement...2-3 stars, maybe? Definitely a disappointment.
