Pros:

We were stranded after getting off the cruise and finding out the FAA shut down flights back to the US and, they let us check in hours before the 4pm time frame and that was so kind as we navigated booking flights with 4 kids and finding meals.
There was ample space, everything was very clean and very comfortable. Thank you
