Agora a limpeza do box do banheiro deixou a desejar, cabelos pelo chão e mofado os rejuntes e azulejo, coisa que uma agua sanitária resolveria

Fiz reserva para 2 adultos e 2 crianças. A Reserva mostrava 1 cama Casal + 2 camas solteiro. Chegamos às 22:15h. Não havia NINGUÉM para nos orientar , não recebemos NENHUMA mensagem com infos e nos deram um quarto com APENAS 2 camas solteiro. Absurdo!!! Falta de respeito!

Houve uma questão relacionada ao café-da-manhã, pois o anúncio do site dizia que o mesmo estava incluso e quando chegamos, acabou que não era bem assim. Também me incomodou as luzes acesas no corredor durante a noite. Fora isso, sem maiores problemas. Lugar belo e calmo.

Não está claro que é um mosteiro. Quartos não tem tv, friogobar, Recepção fecha cedo e não localizei onde comprar água dentro do hotel.
Faltam informações importantes para ter transparência com o consumidor e o preço estava super faturado
