The room was reasonably clean. There was a very strong mildew odor coming from underneath the kitchen sink and I had a hard time keeping the room aired out enough to keep it from being overwhelming. There was a large dog somewhere that barked incessantly. The door to my unit had poor lighting and it was difficult to see the keyhole after sundown. The ceiling fan was imbalanced and creaked and wobbled if it was turned on. The pool areas were nice. The WiFi worked well both in my unit and on the roof.
Parking was not a problem. The staff were very friendly and communication with management was good. Transportation was limited to either a taxi or, in my case, a motor scooter that I rented so I wasn’t limited too badly. There are small tiendas nearby, but a couple small bottles of water at arrival and a guide for guests would have been helpful, especially since the city water is not potable.
Overall I feel the price was fair, but due to the rough feel of the neighborhood, the lack of transportation options and the noise levels I don’t think I’ll return.

The apartment was gorgeous and had a well-equipped kitchen. The shower had excellent water pressure and temperature, super comfy bed and strong wifi. The rooftop was a nice place to chill and the sunset view from there is unbelievable . Personally, we really liked the location; there are a lot of good restaurants nearby and a small convenience store just across the street, would definitely recommend.

The studio is comfortable and clean, but the surrounding area is a bit ugly.

Pros: fast wifi, very clean, nice design and decoration, location, everything new, parking, laundry, rooftop.

Cons: Noup, I just wish I'd stayed longer :(

Definitely one of the nicest condos we have stayed at, the connected rooftops and the two pools are insane!!, super fun to relax after a long day, the apartment was beautiful just like the pictures. We are definitely coming back on Christmas.

The apartment is conveniently located near 5th ave, but not subject to the noise at night. It was a very clean apartment and comfortable for short or medium stays. Staff is very friendly and responsive. I booked my next visit at the same property while I was still staying there! Thanks!

Perfect, the room was quite spacious, the kitchen area was very well organized. The washing machine and dryer are available downstairs and big plus for backpackers.

The apartment was well designed and had everything that we needed. The location was nice, close to many restaurants and the beach. We enjoyed chilling at the rooftop pool.

Friendly staff, very large rooftop area and two pools to hang out at night!!, WiFi and AC worked great, comfortable bed. Highly recommended.
