MyRoomz Silver Strand Hotel

Great place loved our stay here, nice big bar area with pool table our room was on point owners and staff go above and beyond had a good laugh with them too cheers Kirsty and Cheers Sterling for the drinks and hospitality defo coming here again.

Not an experience I want to repeat, we came for an overnight stay and to visit pleasure beach with my kids
The carpet was ripped, the shower has big black dirt in it, there were just massive piles of dust etc. this hotel shouldn’t be allowed to open, ridiculously bad standards and not helpful staff

We stayed 3 nights, very friendly and helpful staff, if we required anything kirsty was more than happy to help and wanted to ensure our stay was confortable.

Location: 2 minutes walk to south pier, Location was great close to trams, lots of food places (takeaways & restaurants)

Hotel needs a little TLC and new mattress but its very obvious that kirsty and staff have been making improvements to make the hotel better.

Parking less than min walk and is £15 a day.

We will 100% book to come again and like to thank kirsty for the friendly welcome and being so kind.

Very run down, could feel every spring of the bed in my back (no exaggeration), paper thin walls, thin enough to hear a man verbally abusing his wife in front of their children somewhere else in the property (not sure where), terrible room ventilation, staff didn't seem to care it was a business and not a smoking patio centre.

Disgusting. Dirty not like pictures. Should be shut down that bad. Got bed bug bites and were woke up to slugs on the floor

I love this hotel before we got in our room we was warned that it may smell of paint which we was completely okay. Its cash only on arrival which i didn’t know so I contacted before hand and the manager managed to arrange it for me and go straight sleep that day and sort it tomorrow. It has honestly been amazing. Everything we needed we could ask for and they had it. The bar area is decent. Very close to all shops. Also the showers are good its Blackpool so you pay for what you get you have to run the shower first for a few minutes to get hot water but I don’t see that as a problem. Will definitely be coming back here!! Excited to see what is going to look like when its all done up.

Hotel could do with a touch up in place's but the new owner was absolutely amazing me my partner and kids had a lovely time ! Very friendly staff proper wholesome feel and staff couldn’t do enough for us !!!! Xxx

Had a lovely stay .Excellent hosts .Very helpful and friendly made you fell very welcome . Nice room comfy bed although furniture could do with replacing but didn’t effect my stay .

1 night stay. Great location for the pleasure beach. Host lovely at check in. Room clean and decent although the mattress could do with being replaced.

The place is very outdated. The mattress you could feel every spring in it. Not a good nights sleep. The TV had no signal, no remote, so no way of retuning it. The ensuite was dirty, especially the perspex ceiling tiles. The decor, was finished to a very poor standard. The pictures on the website of the rooms, are not what you get.

carpet was very dirty.the bedding was dirty and too old.

Room was very very basic ,mouldy walls , no handle on inside of toilet room, tv didnt work , bar/games room was closed.

This property is a dirty rundown out of date hole in a state of disrepair I.e. ceiling in bathroom and shower room falling down light in bedroom not working and bathroom light falling off ceiling only held on by the electrical wire walls dirty dam in walls wallpaper falling off I could list so much more and from the reviews it’s been like this for years I wouldn’t stay at this place again if you paid me completely and utterly disgusting absolutely ruined my holiday

Enjoyed the Stay in the hotel would recommend to people new staff and couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was nice

Its easy and quick check in. You can leave your bags if you come bit quicker. Host is honest and easy to talk to. Front garden/smoking area is nice place to chill if you dont want to sit inside + rooms are big. Host always makes sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay.
