I booked 12york but after so many frustrations of asking fir the details of the room i was told to go another apartment which was very far from 12york. Had to pay taxi 40CAD to take me since i had so many luggages and a baby. Plus a deposit of 600CAD which was ridiculous. I haven't received my refund yet

They call me, made me check in at 7:54 ( I have tje email), called me confirmed its done as i left work late. Then told me at 8:40 when i arrived they marked me as no show. I want back my money.

Condo ended up being nice. Just such a hassle to check-in in with all the information being needed before hand then the etranfer damage deposit was kinda unnerving.
Overall turned out positive . Just did not expect all the preliminary process

Owners were very accommodating and gave clear instructions. I wasn’t sure about the extra information and giving an emt for a damage deposit but what the place had to offer was better than having to do that. Very respectful workers or owners

Most importantly the free parking, omg we saved $50 a night lol. We had the most amazing view this was the best place I’ve sleeve stayed in downtown
Super clean and the kitchen has everything we saved a lot cuz we got to cook whatever we want n throw dishes in the dishwasher

I really liked this place. Our room had a most beautiful view, lake view. Everything was walkable to us.
We were there for an event and had to check in early and we were allowed to check in early.
The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and save money
Also staff and management were very nice and helpful.
Definitely Recommending this place for staying downtown Toronto

The location is fantastic—so close to everything, and the view was absolutely breathtaking! Having free parking was definitely a huge plus. The team was incredibly kind and accommodating; they even gave us an early check-in and a late checkout since we were in town for a concert. Thank you so much for making our stay so smooth and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back
