Otelde güler yüzlü karşılama, ama malesef otel odaları inanılmaz derecede pis ve bakımsız, yataklar rahat değil küçük ve ses yapıyor, banyo tam rezalet heryer pis ve kireç lekeleri, odalar çok ses geçiriyorlar duvarlar kağıt gibiydi, oda okadar pistiki beyaz çorabımın altı simsiyah oldu, buzdolabında pas lekeleri ve oda çok küçük, kahvaltı otele göre yeterli ve lezetliydi ama çay yoktu kalmamıştı, yumurta beklemekten kurumuştu, çatal bıcak kirliydi, üzgünüm ama oteli beğenmedim ve tekrar gelmicem

Everything was beyond what we expected. All staffs were very helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was perfect. We felt at home. Whenever we travel to Mersin, this hotel will be our first home. We thank the all people for the wonderful service and hospitality!
