Pros:

Quarto limpo, local organizado, equipe discreta e educada. Não tem café da manhã, mas disponibiliza cozinha com sanduicheira, microondas, utensílios como copo, xícara, talheres, pratos. Nada a reclamar.

Quarto muito ruim, ar condicionado não funciona, banheiro com ralo entupido, vaso sanitário ruim, chuveiro ruim, só tem água quente. Não voltarei e não indico

Passamos o final de semana em família hospedados em quartos separados e a experiência foi extremamente insatisfatória. O chuveiro de ambos os quartos não funcionava corretamente, oferecendo apenas duas opções: frio e congelado. Além disso, em um dos quartos o ralo do box permaneceu entupido durante toda a estadia, mesmo após diversas solicitações feitas à recepção, que não tomou nenhuma providência.

Somado a isso, o hotel sequer oferece café da manhã incluso, o que não condiz com o valor cobrado pela hospedagem.
Infelizmente, a soma de todos esses problemas transformou o que deveria ser um momento de descanso em um verdadeiro fiasco.
Definitivamente, não retornaremos ao local.
