Nice building. The young guy at the front desk was VERY VERY helpful amd nice!

The area is a a little sketchy as there are a lot bars nearby. The security of the building is also not the best, when we arrived We were told that the opening glass doors had been malfunctioning. Therefore, the security guard would have to let us in and out, and then we would be closed in until the next person came in for their shift.

We arrived early and they were nice enough to take my luggage before check in time. When we came back, there was no one at the reception and I did not receive an email with the check in instructions, and I was not the only one.

I tried to call them multiple time and got voice mail each time, they finally called me back and sent me the instructions. I had also try to contact them through Expedia before the trip but got no answers.

The room and balcony are not as spacious as the pictures.
The elevator looks great, but it’s sketchy and didn’t work half the time.

The AC was loud, and it’s very not well insulated, we could was hear the other rooms. There was a room connect to ours by a door on the inside that we could see the light at night as well as the slightest sound such as a cough, talking or TV.

The cleaning staff were nice and tried to help us. They did not seem to have any communication with management to answer most questions about our check in issues.

I booked thinking I could hangout on the roof terrace, but it was closed… which was not indicated at booking, so I was disappointed.

They did reach out by email asking how everything was going, they gave me a warm blanket and showed me how the shower works!

Todo estaba perfecto! El caballero de recepción cuando hice el check- in muy amable, nos ayudó mucho.

They did not service the room daily. Otherwise clean, small breakfast, great location.

You guys are saling that not showing or the the offering, I have to many issues with the hotel and the rent car, the hotel are under remodelations the rooms isn't the room I selected unable to sleep for the entire night, ask several times to Orbitz to have a solution, no received a solution until around 10:00am next day fron the hotel, they transfer to another property the same thing so noisy, 2days in the morning and afternoon a barking dog unable to rest th loud music, not hot water no washcloth no hand towels a night with out A/C for the sheets derty she have an allergy or something bite her we don't know it's made me incredibly embarrassed to my wife due was our anniversary celebration, you was informed with all this issues, you can promote those terribles companies, please let me have an email where I can send videos and pictures, thanks

Cuando llegamos la habitación que nos dieron no estaba arreglada, es decir, sucia , sin embargo, la joven de recepción nos ayudó de inmediato y nos facilitó otra habitación .
La recepcionista muy amable .
En general las habitaciones estuvieron bien , cumplieron las expectativas

easy to find, access was easy. Room was clean and smelled nice. Bottled water, fridge and microwave was available. Person at front desk was nice. The elevator was broken and bathtub was slow draining which was my only issues.

The room does not have hair dryer, no tv programs, construction noise could be heard thru night of sleep. Late check in time: 4pm. No public transportation available around the hotel.

They didn’t have us in their reservation system. The room we needed wasn’t available yet they did find our Expedia booking. However it didn’t make it into their system. We had to book elsewhere.

Fue mi primera vez hospedándose, el hotel y la habitación son bonitas. El ascensor no funcionaba y se me hizo difícil subir las maletas. Al ser mi primera vez había cosas que no sabía como funcionaban y un empleado no me hizo sentir cómodo, esperaba más cordialidad y empatía. El otro detalle era que las sábanas tenían pelo y manchadas. Por lo demás todo bien, el de valer parking muy servicial y una dama que estaba en el front desk excelente servicio

El matres está horrible parece que estás acostado en el piso . Se siente la madera de la cama. Malísimo ;despierta uno adolorido .

Excelente opción para quedarse en San Juan. Cerca de muchos puntos turísticos para ir a pie.

En la noche del sábado-Domingo estuvieron realizando trabajos de reparación desde temprano en la noche hasta las 3:20 am; con mandarías demoliendo techo o paredes y con movimientos de trabajos que NO me dejaron dormir.
Se hace muy difícil juntarse con algún personal del hatel.
