It’s alright…the tub has discoloration but other than that it’s good.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms, especially the bathrooms!

Quiet and nice

Our toilet got backed up I went to the front desk to see if they had a plunger to fix it the front desk told me that they didn’t so for my stay I had to use the bathroom in the lobby to go to the bathroom both times. I had the lights turn off on me as I was going to the bathroom leaving me in the dark. Then I went to use the shower in my room before checking out and nearly slipped and fell. I had purposely tried to stay in proximity closer to Citizens Bank Park as I flew into Philadelphia to attend the game. I will never stay at this property again. There was no breakfast, I was told there wasn’t going to be any coffee in the morning by front desk staff, nor were there any shuttles to the airport.

Middle of renovation, rooms stink like cigarettes, burn marks on all furniture carpet was so dirty it was sticky. The beds were clean at least

Over all my stay was lovely thank you for having me 🙏 I will be back… I see there under renovation which is ok … I wanna thank the night shift lady Marcella I believe her name was for being a wonderful night staff front desk lady keep the positive energy… I know front desk can be crazy sometimes but keep up the great work 💪 thanks for talking to me as I was waiting on my man …. I also seen the inspector before I left Tameika was her name awesome lady positive attitude love the vibe keep up the good work a thank you for all you do …

Air Conditioning did not work. Shower did not drain well.
Staff was friendly

We left at 1am as the conditions were too terrible! Filthy hotel. Trash in the hallways, ripped and stained carpet, chipped and scuffed furniture, brown water pooled in bathtub, dirt on mattress, no pillow case liners…I could go on!!

Staff members are very friendly and helpful. Great hotel to handle business in the area the rooms are great and very clean and classic love it.

Certainly they are in renovation mode, staff was friendly, room old and worn. Beds very comfy.

It wasn’t really my vibe, so I didn’t stay the entire time. It wasn’t terrible, but I probably wouldn’t return. The hotel is dated, though it mentioned it being renovated, which is promising. The young lady at the front desk was very nice.
