Room was very clean and tidy. Comfy beds and pillows. Lovely view from the 14th floor and its in a fabulous location. The only yhjng was the bathroom once we'd had a shower it was all steamy and we kept having to wipe the mirror, could really do with a fan in there

We arrived at the hotel and ate in the restaurant before heading into Manchester for the afternoon. We arrived back to shower and change, ahead of a restaurant reservation, and begun to feel unwell. We had all the symptoms of food poisoning, and this stopped all evening plans.

We approached the reception team, not to complain but to make them aware, and also ask for some extra blankets (we were cold and the heating in the room we were subsequently stuck in didn’t work) but they were so dismissive and uninterested - Infact so busy whispering in each others ears behind the desk, that we felt more of an inconvenience than a paying guest.

Everything was very good nice room clean great to have a bath not just a shower only criticism my daughter on her twin bed has a mattress so soft she felt like she was on a water bed!

Clean, comfortable and good location. There was some creaky noises in hotel room and whilst it said it was a queen size bed, felt more like a double! Body lotion wasn’t topped up too but orherwise nice hotel. The bar on 23rd floor has amazing views.
