While very understaffed, the staff was kind and lovely. Asked multiple times for the room to be freshened up, didn’t happen until night 8. We flew out the next day. Needs a lot of work in the newly acquired section of the hotel, bathrooms are definitely sub par.

Pool was dirty and the hot tub constantly had a thick layer of scum. If you are someone who uses the pool on vacation, this is not an ideal spot.

Not the fault of the hotel, but the hallways in the new tower constantly smelled like weed.

We wouldn’t book here again. For the cost, we wouldn’t recommend.

This was a frustrating stay overall. During my 5 night–6 day stay here, housekeeping only serviced the room once. The first room had no window covering, and the water never became hot at any point during the stay.
Construction began around 8:00 AM every morning and repeatedly woke us. I also witnessed a guest being rescued from a stuck elevator, which raised safety concerns. Laundry facilities were available but there was never change to run the machine on-site, requiring a trip to a sister hotel.
After 10:00 PM, the main building lobby could not be accessed internally, you had to walk outside on the street. This meant no access to ice, the pool, or the store late at night. I also saw roaches in the hotel.
The staff were kind and polite, but they appeared overwhelmed and at times unresponsive. It was clear many problems were beyond their control, and they seemed worn down dealing with ongoing operational issues. Unfortunately, these combined problems made this a disappointing stay.

The pool and hot top was very disappointing, dirty, and discolored water. Elevator was not working two different days. Restaurant connected with the hotel was frequently out of many items including syrup ( ordered waffles and was told after being served that syrup not available). Difficulty obtaining individual checks when seated at same table, inconsistent rules and regulations between serving staff. Management addressed the problems in timely manner and addressed the problems. Overall the hotel was clean.

Check in delayed by 3 hours and downgraded my room last minute to a room with a broken window and broken shower faucet handles. Very disappointed.

Yes. Clean hotel and room. Friendly staff. Rooftop pool with a great view. Conveniently located to City Centre and fine restaurants.
The ease of access to the bike trail was excellent. Just one suggestion, a char be provided for the bell hop. He stands there all day.

Room was clean and service was great

My wife I stayed here for the Christmas 2025. At first my rating would have been a 3 star because our first night they stuck us in the building that was being renovated. That specific room had no curtain on the door and also had a big gap between the door and the ceiling and it was also that way for the bathroom window. It looked like we were in a broom closet. However, the next day I spoke with the wonderful desk clerk, Alana. She quickly had us moved into the new building that was much better. Alana was absolutely magnificent in helping with all our needs from the nicer room to many details of adventures/restaurants in the area. The hotel is very clean and the restaurant is wonderful for breakfast. The hotel is within walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. The location is on point! Would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend.

Room was falsely advertised. Breakfast for two was not available although it was included on expedited website. No water to drink in the hotel . Staff was rude and unhelpful, Pool and got tub we're filthy.

Abitta Condado is the cutest boutique hotel! Walking distance from plenty of action including restaurants, shopping and the beach. The pool area is small but well designed and aesthetically pleasing! The hot tub was relaxing and the fitness room had the basics you need to keep the momentum going while on vacation. The staff was very helpful and the onsite restaurant had amazing food! Overall the hotel was very cutesy very demure!

The desk was understaffed, and the staff was poorly trained and didn’t know basic things about the property. They failed to tell us that there are two steps in front of the only elevator in one of the towers and the elevator doesn’t fit a luggage cart, making it difficult to bring luggage to your room. Another staff member, Carlo, was extremely rude and refused to assist me when the only passage from the swimming pool to our tower was locked, suggesting instead that we exit the building and walk outside on the street in our bathing suits to get to our tower. When I tried to engage him in conversation, he refused to speak to or look at me, and would only speak to my son. The hot tub was broken, there was no effort to fix it,

When I arrived with my husband and kids at 3:45 am, our room was not available, despite reserving and paying for the room more than 2 months in advance, checking in online several days before our stay, sending an email to let them know we’d be in later than expected AND having my sister (also a guest) tell the front desk our flights were delayed.

The front desk employee was a kind, young kid who tried to accommodate us which meant our family sat on the sparse lobby furniture for nearly 2 hrs in the middle of the night while they figured out IF they could give us a room.

We want our money back.
