Very walkable in Condesa. Comfortable bed, linens, and quiet rooms meant for a good night’s rest. Staff was very helpful
The room was lovely, comfortable and the staff was very nice and helpful.
Lovely spacious room, super comfy bed, great location that felt very safe. However, the central staircase was very noisy and I imagine disruptive for all rooms. Our room, at the front of the building above the reception, was loud as the art deco windows are single pane so vehicles, even conversations on the street were very audible. Earplugs are a must.
Clean room, very helpful staff, great bathroom.
The only downside is that the wood stairs are bery noisy
New hotel! Rooms and property are beautiful. Staff is incredibly kind and helpful. I found the ability to communicate via WhatsApp very convenient for questions. Hotel is gated and has cameras - felt secure. Location is amazing - near restaurants and shops but also on a more quiet street. My only critique is for the bathroom. There's only one small window for ventilation - no fan. Our room got very humid - to the point that the sheets and our clothes felt damp. Dehumidier function on A/C did not help. I also would have liked a lock on the patio door. It's not necessary - but better for peace of mind. Other than that - great stay!
This hotel is beautiful, quiet, and the rooms are very private. The staff are lovely and the area is my favourite to stay in. I would definitely come back!
We loved our stay! This is the perfect spot to wander around Mexico City and go to some great restaurants and cafes. The staff are lovely, it’s super clean and felt really safe.
I loved my stay at Cholula Condesa! The design of the hotel is gorgeous, rooms are clean and stocked with whatever you need, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect as it’s walking distance from tons of great bars and restaurants but the immediate Cholula street is relatively quiet with little foot traffic. I hope to visit CDMX again and would love to return here.
