Pros:

Wonderful stay at Lheritage Premium Hanoi Central!
Stayed in a twin room with balcony overlooking the street, and loved popping out each morning to see the street come to life. Location in Old Quarter can’t be beat, we walked everywhere and enjoyed the weekend experience when the streets are closed off to traffic.
Lisa greeted us upon arrival with a refreshing tea and checked in whenever she saw us to make sure everything was okay; she was so helpful in organizing a jeep tour - all the staff are friendly, helpful and professional.
Highly recommend a stay here, you would not regret it.

Pros:

We highly recommend this hotel. We stayed a total of 01 nights and extend for 2 more nights. The hotel is incredibly clean, the rooms are beautiful, the breakfast is extensive and delicious and the staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay. They are extremely friendly and always willing to help with anything.
They offer the option to store your luggage while you're away on a trip, they arrange transportation for you and they think along with you every step of the way. We even received a free room upgrade with a view over Hanoi city. There’s also a pool with a stunning view of the city.
We will definitely return to this hotel when we stay in Hanoi again.

Pros:

One of the nicest, most comfortable hotel I've stayed at. From the minute I arrived I was greeted at my car. Miss My Bui helped me from the minute I arrived at check in. Advising me where to go to eat traditional food. Booking tours for me and making sure everything was perfect. My Bui would message me and check in if I needed anything, if the tour was OK or just a simple reminder of what time the tour would leave. The breakfast was unbelievable. The staff could not be more helpful
On my last night Amelia brought a farewell and thank you cake for me.
I know next year when I return. I'll be booking at Lheritage Premium Hanoi Central again

Pros:

Brand new 5* Lheritage Premium Hanoi Hotel. Location in centre of Old Quarter. The hospitality of the staff was amazing. The room was beautiful and they kept my luggage after checking out. I booked a transfer to the airport and it was a late night flight so I waited and even used the shower even though it was after I checked out. Thank you very much.

Pros:

Hotel amenities are amazing, having the rooftop pool to start or end your day is truely blissful. The staff are so accommodating and kind, we can’t wait to come back here next time.
Shout out to My Bui Hotel Manager who made our stay so wonderful, it was lovely seeing her each day.
