Pros:

Das Hotel ist klein, bietet aber alles, was der Gast erwartet. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, es ist sauber, es gibt einen Aufzug, Sicherheitsdienst und eine familiäre Atmosphäre. Das Zimmer ist mit Kühlschrank, Fernseher, bequemem Doppelbett, Schreibtisch, Gepäckablage und auf Wunsch einem Safe ausgestattet. Der Kleiderschrank ist nicht zu groß. Es gibt Trinkwasser, Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gewechselt und täglich gereinigt. Es ist ruhig, angenehm und ästhetisch ansprechend. Das Frühstück ist durchschnittlich, aber akzeptabel. Ich vermisste Salat oder Obst und Butter sowie Tee; es gab Kaffee.

Pros:

Bonne localisation mais un peu malhonnêtes sur les bords. Réservation en euros (120€ pour 2 nuits soit 18.000 dinars car 1€ = 150 dinars à peu près) et une fois arrivé le personnel me demande de payer 32.000 dinars (taux au marché noir 1€ = 260 dinars). Je comprends qu’il y a un fossé entre le marché officiel et l’officieux ET que la plateforme Expédia prennent « trop de frais » (arguments avancés par le personnel) mais ce n’est pas une raison pour prendre en embuscade les voyageurs lors de leur arrivée tard le soir.

Bad customers services and ridiculously inflated prices.Be very careful and step out to buy every thing you need yourself as they multiply prices by 5 times

Don’t change your money to the local currency at the hotel too.They will reap you off!

Very dishonest manager too..

Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros:

Je réserve une suite confort car nous sommes 4 . On me propose 1 chambre triple et le 4 eme en matelas supplémentaire. Inadmissible aucun geste n’a été fait par le responsable. On nous demande de quitter la chambre avant 11h alors qu’il est stipulé 12h (on a eu la chambre que vers 16h30)
