Pros:

The location is currently under going construction so waking up at 7am after driving the night before wasn’t pleasant. But first of all hotel got my dates of arrival incorrect decided to upgrade my room to secretly make up for the no breakfast as listed. Everything is shut down in the hotel no room service,restaurant etc. The road to get to the hotel are so awful only two parking slots two! Walking out in the morning to my RENTAL I found tarp from the workers laid over my vehicle! Photos will pull you in, I was very deceived wish they would have told me ahead of time or listed that it’s going under construction.

Pros:

Nice room with amazing views. Huge accessibility to outside from the room. The first morning I went to find the breakfast that was advertised as included and the owner told me that they only serve breakfast during “high season” and that starts next week. He told me he had an argument with another guest about the same thing and he said “I don’t play that game”. I’m not sure what game that is, but I call it false advertising. Later in the day we went to use the microwave and there was a coffee cup inside that had been there growing fungus for who knows how long. When we took the cup to the owner, he scolded his cleaner in front of us. I find that to be unprofessional. Did I mention the front of the building was under heavy construction. Lastly, we inquired about a longer stay because we like the location and the room and he quoted us full price for an extension. One would think they would want to do something or anything to make up for the mishaps, but that did not happen. We packed up and went elsewhere for the rest of our vacation. Good room, poor customer service.
