Front desk personnels like Sharouz and Qendresa whom I described as the champions of this Hi Grand City Hotel. Amazing service and professionalism. Very happy to accommodate and so helpful and very attentive to any concerns. We need more of these lovely champions and we wish them well and best of holidays be with them and their families. Neu renoviert. Gute, neue Matratze, neue Dusche. Sehr guter Zustand.
Sehr zuvorkommendes, hilfbereites Personal. Rezeption betreut. Innen gute wohnliche Atmosphäre.
Nähe des Bahnhofes.
Breite und kurze Strasse. Obwohl Rotlicht-Milieu (Clubs), keine Auffälligkeiten vor der Tür. Für kurze Aufenthalte kann ich dies als Frau empfehlen.

Das Hotel liegt mitten im Rotlichtmilieu, was mir bei der Buchung nicht klar war. In der Beschreibung hieß es :ruhige Umgebung. Als Alleinreisende Frau habe ich mich total unwohl gefühlt. Bei Ankunft Polizei Einsatz vor der Tür. Wenn die Fenster zu sind, ist es aber im Zimmer erstaunlich ruhig. Zimmer sind sehr lieblos und steril eingerichtet, es roch unangenehm. Receptionist sehr nett und freundlich.
