Pros:

We left our key at reception at around 8am, asking for our room to be cleaned before our return at around 2pm. When we returned, the room was in the same state as it had been in the morning; no cleaning had been done. We had to reach out the reception several times before the room was cleaned. This is quite surprising for a hotel of this standard, where guests pay for the service.

However, it is a hotel where cleanliness is impeccable.

I really had a wonderful time, staying with Protea Hotel in Kinshasa. The staff were wonderful, always at your service, and very friendly. they will make you feel safe and at home, the staff at the reception are top class, great customer services. I will definitely come back again 100%
