Le falta algus comodidas..pero por estar cerca de todo es una buena opción

Room was very clean. In a good location. I liked the owner.

We left after one night of our 3-night planned stay. The “room”had literally NO furniture… it was a stone slab. No tv, hairdryer, dresser/table.
The tiny pillow would not be suitable for my cat.
The faucet in the bathroom was broken; the shower was poorly lit; the sorry excuse for a window cover was a lightweight wooden dowel which fell off upon touching. I would NEVER recommend this to anyone.
NO BEACH by the way.
When I politely asked if we could get refunded for nights we didn’t stay I got a NO with no explanation.
Worst place I have literally EVER stayed.

The door latch got stuck I had to climb out the window to get out in the morning when they cleaned my room somebody stole my cologne and my flip sunglasses I had already given four of the maids the 20 peso tip it was fairly clean and had hot water cheap $50 a night but the management did nothing to compensate I left and went to stay with friends nice people at the desk the owner was nice and I understand about employees I've had many it's what I expect for a cheap motel it was close to the beach close to the fishing boats and I felt safe but this stuff lock in the thieving is not good

This was a mixed bag. The good: Great location, friendly staff. Good price.
The not so good. The rooms were bare bones, shody plumbing, cement floors.
The bad. The beds wee rock hard and very uncomfortable. I had back pain every morning and barely slept.

Todo increíble, el personal super amable, la ubicación es increíble caminando tienes todo! Super recomendable

Estaba limpio pero le falta

Los elevadores en mal estado parte del personal nada amable y los desayunos buffet sin sabor.

Location was close to shopping, places to eat & short walk to the beach

Personal muy amable y atentos en todo momento, la estancia fue muy buena. Muy recomendado 🙂

Clean and cosy, one minute walk to the beach, two blocks to Quinta Alegria, and one block to the club district, but nonetheless very quiet at night... Highly recommended...

This place has great/great location. In the beach, and near the best part of town. The bad are little details... no parking available... Soap dispencer would not dispense... The lady that works during the day, was not friendly... they only clean once every three days, no towells.. things never described or explained...

Muy buena opción para pasar unos días relajados en playa del Carmen , el hotel tiene todo lo necesario las camas súper cómodas además está muy muy céntrico ! Y tiene una alberca súper nice

This to me needs to be addressed. We had No water in our room for 4 days of the 8 day stay! Wifi was spotty at best and forced us to pay for Data. A 20 a day fee we were hoping to not occur during our stay. We should not of needed to pay if they had their wifi working, it was supposed to be provided. The manager Eric resigned during our stay, the bald assistant was not only not helpful but almost defiant. Daniel owner and Eric clearly didn't communicate we had spoken to Eric about not having any water, several times. He tried to help and do what he could. A plumber was called in and still not rectified. They have serious issues with their water system. We bought water so we could fill our toilets to flush our faecal matter away, not pleasurable when you’re on vacation. We lugged the jugs up to our room. I get problems arise but we asked since last day we flew out late could we stay in the room until 5pm and have a late check out. We thought it was agreed upon and then eric is gone and Daniel owner over turns the decision. Now in fairness we were told someone was staying in the room and we needed to be out. Then communicate to us so we can plan. Front desk staff were kind and tried to be helpful, they made calls and told people we had no wifi and no water. I don't go on vacation to not have a toilet or shower as an option. My two buddies want to rate this less than a 1 out of 10 if they could. My issue is how staff handle a crisis or issue and to me they failed.

Habitación muy descuidada,
la zona del armario sin insonorizar, se escucha perfectamente la conversación de los vecinos de al lado.
La presión del agua había momentos donde solo era un hilo de agua. El ultimo dia, no hubo agua.
No hay limpieza de las habitaciones durante la estancia, ni cambio de toallas ni sabanas.
Las ventanas se ven viejas.
Las escaleras para subir al segundo piso donde estaba la habitación, eran horribles y muy peligrosas.
A Las habitaciones les falta mucho equipamiento, no hay TV, ni secador, ni un sencillo escritorio ni siquiera una simple colcha (solo hay una fina sabana para taparte). Parece un calabozo.
La ducha no tiene ni una simple cortina o mampara y cada vez que te duchas, cuando hay buena presión de agua, el agua llega hasta el dormitorio.
Lo único bueno, que cuenta con aire acondicionado.
Seleccioné este hotel por la cercanía a la playa, pero la playa es inaccesible, y tienes que caminar hasta otra a unos 400 metros para poderte bañar.
