Pros:

Bon rapport qualité prix.
Les points négatifs c'est le manque d'informations (accès chambre à l'arrivée, départ, wifi, services possibles,...). Il faut tous demander le jour j.
Les lumières fonctionnent à moitiés.
Ils ont laissé un bout de papier hygiénique déjà entamé et en fin de vie
Mais dans l'ensemble c'est correcte juste y passer la nuit

The property is well located. But the staff was not available to provide information at the arrival. The building is in renovation. There are no chair and table inside the room. The information for the internet was not available.

Pros:

I stayed at this property for like 2 weeks, it felt like home. What I like about the property is that all the amenities were brand new, the bed, the bathroom, so it was very clean.
My only little issue was that they still renovating but it was not an inconvenience to me, I know after renovations are done, it will be an amazing hotel. The location was perfect, close to cafes, restaurants and shopping. The staff was wonderful too. I will definitely stay there again.
