Closed pool; no hot water; trickle of water in the shower; safe broken
Real Punta Cana is even better than in pictures! A wonderful location with everything literally you need in walking distance. We can recommend Beach bar Soles and buggies Excursions on Macao Beach.
My room had plenty of space to relax. The bed was soft and supportive. The breakfast choices were delicious. The air freshener smell was too strong.
The room was dirty with cockroaches, the Furniture was falling apart. The microwave did not work, the fridge froze all our food and did not have an adjustment. Ni private beach as it said it had in the description. But in all reality it was worth what we paid.
Very good location in the room has everything you need for a short term stay or even for a long vacation. Internet is reliable and having your own kitchen is very nice. Maybe next time we will book it again.
Staff friendly. Area was a little shady lots of locals trying to sale activity packages, they were pretty aggressive, but over all they were nice. The hotel pool was under construction so there was no swimming. The hotel was not as pictured online.
Location wasn’t correct. Area didn’t feel safe. Bugs flying around in the room, swatting them away while laying in bed. No hot water.
Was located about a 4 min from the beach, kats corner offers the free breakfast that was delicious, we missed one morning due to an excursion but got 2 the next day to go. Pool was refreshing, shower head wouldn’t stay up but didn’t really matter as it was a sprayer head, light over sink didn’t work but again, was a great price and not at home in the snow so really can’t complain about anything

The hotel has a peaceful charm. I appreciated how empty the pool area was during the day. The nearby cafés and bars offer so many choices.
The tropical vibes of this hotel are amazing. The pool had very few people and I always found a comfortable sunbed. We would recommend this hotel.
All good! The local restaurants offered rich flavorful dishes that I absolutely loved. The beach was stunning with clear water perfect for swimming.
The real hotel name is Tropicana Hotel Suites Deluxe and it is not a 4,5 stars hotels. It is at best a 2 stars ...

The spacious clean room made my vacation even better. I appreciated how easy it was to find restaurants with delicious Caribbean food. The beach was beautiful with clear calm watre.
The hotel offered a beautiful tropical vibe with a huge pool that always sparkled. There were many cafes and restaurants nearby with different cuisines. My room was spacious and the bed had plenty of pillows which made sleeping very comfortable. The beach was clean and had many umbrellas for shade.
This place surprised me with how peaceful it felt. The pool area was spotless and there were always free loungers. The beach had crystal clear water and no seaweed at all. I Like it all!
