Atendimento bem frio, não pudemos tomar café pq era 7h e tinha que sair 6h pro aeroporto. Não vi a informação do horário do café na reserva. Muito barulho a noite toda. Roupas de cama deixam tudo com um pó branco.

A escada já estava prevista e informada.

Mas o banheiro, dividia com o quarto através de uma porta de vidro temperado que não fechava todo o vão.

Resultado, sempre que um ia ao banheiro os demais ocupantes do quarto ouviam e sentiam o mesmo que quem foi ao banheiro. Isso incomodava, pois fomos em 4 pessoas.
