No staff!! The online check in was annoying, so many email messages but no help to do the on line check in. Older smart phone did not allow for taking picture of license and photo which was frustrating. Had to use someone else’s phone to complete the process. The pool was not very clean!

Funky place, easy access, good lodging and very close to the ski area. Only thing missing was a hair dryer! Would definitely stay again!

Excellent pillows n bed this time was perfect. Great coffee machine and cool yard game room. Pool looked inviting but didn’t have the chance. First kids check in check out, very convenient

The room was spotless. The Innkeeper, Josh, was extremely helpful and was very apologetic about the noise from the adjoining room.
A screaming 2 yr old and a barking dog were in the adjoining room. Sound transmitted through the adjoining room door. I would not accept Room 206 again for this reason.

Everything was pristine and cozy. The family room was great for an adult, 2 kids and a dog. The lobby area was quiet and welcoming. I tried texting the number provided twice to ask for a late check out but no one answered my texts. Communicating with staff might require a little more research.

John was great! He was very attentive to our needs and questions, and was very positive! The sign in kiosk was a pain in the neck because the invoice said one amount and the pin pad said another amount that was 50$ more with no explanation. We absolutely loved the record player in the room! It was very romantic but also gave family vibes! We come up to New London a lot and this will be our new favorite place to stay!
