Pros:

Our room assignment was at 427.
Upon check-in front desk staff told me to take care of the beddings, even small stain we will be charge, we want to rest not to vandalize. I haven't heard that warning from any hotel in Europe especially in Rome since i visited that city five tines last year.
Shower door are so tight, you have to squeeze yourself upon entering. The door must swing outward not inward because during emergency you cannot get out easily.
We want to listen to the local news, but you have to enter or sign up to be able to use the TV. Its frustrating considering the room rate or price per night.
We have only one bathroom tissue, so stingy.
Window and porch doors needs good insulation, you can hear outside noise, i.e.motorcycle, cars.
In fairness, the room was immaculately clean and beautiful.
FYI i check out earlier even though i paid for two days.

room is great, view is fantastic very clean.
staff are so helpful.
I booked the room including breakfast food was great.
Their amenities is under construction during my stay..all in all is really great.
