Osman Bey çok ilgiliydi, birçok konuda yardımcı oldu. Yeni bir otel bazı eksik tarafları var ama zaman içinde hallolur.

C'est un très bel hôtel certes et l'équipe est agréable mais il est important d'informer les clients que la wifi ne passe pas dans les chambres, qu'il n'y a pas de place de parking et l'architecture en pierre peut incommoder avec des traces de moisissure et beaucoup de poussière dans les chambres notamment sur la literie.
Notre sejour fut cependant satisfaisant.

Otelin konumu tartışmasız çok iyi. Otelden çıkıp merdivenlerden aşağı indiğinizde meydandasınız. Eski Mardin de görmeniz gereken her yere yürüyerek çok rahat ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Otelin atmosferi çok güzel. Odaları konforlu. Taş yapı, yüksek tavanlı ve mistik bir atmosferi var. Yapıya en uygun şekilde dekore edilmiş.Odada da ihtiyacınız olan herşey düşünülmüş. Otel sahibi de çalışanlarıda inanılmaz misafirperver, yardımsever ve çok nazikler. Kendinizi evinizde gibi hissettirmek için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Öyle ki akşam yemeğini hemen yandaki restoranda yiyip çıltığımızda yağmur başladı ve otel işletmecisi Beyefendi arkamızdan şemsiye yetiştirdi.🍀 Temizlik konusunda da gayet içiniz rahat mis gibi konaklayacağınız bir yer. Sabah kahvaltısı çok güzel. Hatta fazla diyebilirim. O kadar doyuyorsunuz ki akşama kadar acıkmanız imkansız. Kahvaltıda servis edilen herşey ayrı ayrı lezzetliydi. Herkesin konfor anlayışı, beklentisi farklı. Ancak, hem konumu açısından hem de otelin misafirperverliği, samimiyeti açısından bizim kalbimizi fethettiler. Tekrar yolum düşerse alternatif düşünmem.Yolu Mardin e düşecek olan herkese tavsiye ederim. Bizim rahatımız için ellerinden geleni yapan tüm arkadaşlara teşekkür ederim. Mardin seyahatimiz bizim için sayelerinde hem keyifli hem de evimizdeymiş gibi geçti. Sağ olun.
