O hotel é sujo de modo geral. Paredes encardidas, velho e com pouca manutenção. Falta papel higiênico e mesmo pedindo não entregam. Elevador com problemas. Cheiro de fossa no quarto.

Primeira vez no hotel, fiquei de 24 a 27/10/25.
Bom custo benefício.
Ótima localização, perto de supermercado, academia, restaurantes, da orla. Fiquei no 5º andar, o quarto e banheiro tem um bom tamanho, tinha uma geladeira e não frigobar, roupeiro, TV que não pega nada, cama de casal e 1 de solteiro, não tem blackout na janela, Wi-Fi e acústica ruim. Precisando da uma modernizada no quarto, móveis e ambiente.
Pessoal da recepção, restaurante bem cordiais, solícitas e atenciosas.
Café da manhã no sábado foi o melhor dia, é bom, com opções básicas.
Estacionamento a frente do hotel, com poucas vagas.
Me hospedaria novamente.

Quarto imundo, eu achei que estava entrando num quarto de uma casa abandonada. Paredes sujas, pia suja, banheiro com aparência imunda. Elevador caindo aos pedaços e barulhento. Quatro camas num quarto minúsculo deixando-o apertadíssimo.
