Расположение очень своеобразное. Вы должны понимать что это дыра с одним магазином и одним кафе. Вокруг стройка и грязный пляж. Мы не смогли утром вызвать такси.

Hotel with a great potential
Pros:

Breakfast is genuinely nice and varied, and the breakfast staff are friendly and attentive. Housekeeping is excellent - rooms are spotless, well maintained, and completely free of bugs or mold. Cleaning staff are polite and do their job well. The receptionist at the front desk is patient . If you just eat breakfast and go to the city/beach for the whole day, it's fine, taxis to the city are 10-20k vnd.
One thing worth knowing: you'll likely see other guests walking out of the breakfast area with huge stacked plates of cake, fruit, and meat in hands or in purse every single day with no issue - but don't let that fool you. I tried to take 2 cut bananas and was stopped immediately. So just eat inside and save yourself the awkwardness, even if what you see others doing suggests otherwise 🤣

Cons:

Pool area lacks supervision. During our week we witnessed a local family's child's dirty clothing being rinsed in the water, someone clearly used it as a toilet and it was obvious, someone was spitting from the bridge above the pool, teenagers filming on TikTok stream while guests were swimming, and widespread smoking poolside. This was a daily pattern, not a one-off. And it's not like we stay by the pool all day, 20-60 minutes a day max.
The hall water cooler had a noticeable chlorine taste on several days, which was off-putting.
No proper deadbolt on the room door - staff can enter without warning with masterkey, not just cleaning(cleaning personnel at least expected during the first part of the day, not mid-day). May not bother everyone but worth knowing if privacy matters to you.
Noise throughout the day and evening - gym music carries across the property, and walls are thin enough to hear neighboring rooms beds clearly - soundproofing of rooms.
Breakfast was mostly great but inconsistent in small ways - jam disappeared halfway through the stay with nothing replacing it, and one morning the bread(cake) was visibly moldy one day out of seven. Some days meat is too hard and flavourless which is ok with sauce, some days it's really good. Some kids were taking food with their hands.
For the price and 4-star billing, some of these things - particularly pool hygiene or supervision/security, locks and noise management - should be handled better. It's not what you expect to pay that price. If it was cheaper it's easy 8-9/10.
Travelers with higher baseline expectations may find the gap between appearance and experience noticeable

Обьезательно вернусь,....
Pros:

Расположение - посёлок Ан Вьен рядом с канаткой если нужно тихое место без шума и Гама то сюда ,есть пляж , магазин ,в город на такси или автобусом , отель отличный - убирают каждый день, всё чисто ,ставят 2 бутылки воды ,кормят завтрак есть что поесть ,и салаты и суп и фрукты,в обед и ужин ресторан работает по меню если не поехали в город , сотрудники на ресепшн всё объяснят , Все молодцы, Все стараются ,чтобы было всем комфортно ,гости в основном из России , вечером тихо ,как дома , темнеет рано , бассейн при входе работает до 22:00 ,
Всё отлично

Сюда хочется возвращаться!
Pros:

Останавливались дважды в этом отеле. Нам нравится .
Вот основные плюсы:
- Расположение супер, в тихом, спокойном ,элитном районе города Нячанга. С детьми только сюда ездим, нет такого количества байков, как в центре, нет шума. До центра такси 1,5$ стоит 10-15 минут езды.
Рядом вин перл канатная дорога, виден салют по выходным.
-Персонал говорит на Английском и немного по-русски. Очень приветливый, всегда решит любую вашу задачу .
-Прекрасный бассейн, вода циркулирует и очищается каждый день.
-Достаточно большая территория , где можно посидеть, попить кофе, вокруг зелень и манговые деревья.
- Хорошая шумоизоляция в номерах, достаточно свежий ремонт, мебель не ушатанная.
- Цена- Качество соответствует

Cons:

Из минусов можно отметить только не всегда идеальную уборку , но если девочкам указать на ошибки, они без проблем все исправят.

Pros:

Vị trí yên tĩnh, tiện nghi/ giá tiền là tốt.
Gần khu dân cư bản địa nên mọi thứ rất hợp với việc du lịch bản địa

Cons:

Cách âm rất ko tốt, ý mình là âm từ bên ngoài hành lang vào thật sự là tương đối ko được riêng tư.
Sàn phòng bằng gạch men + ẩm của gió biển khiến sàn hơi rít chân nếu ko đi dép. Nếu lót sàn gỗ nhựa thì sẽ ok hơn

Релакс после центра Нячанга
Pros:

Большой бассейн с тёплой водой, купаться можно в любое время дня и ночи! Пляж недалеко, чисто уютно, и красивый вид отеля. Продлевал проживание.

Cons:

Сделали бы завтрак хотя бы до 10:00.
Нет своего спортзала. Наши ребята, в подвале устроили что-то а-ля 90-е: примитивные тренажеры и ринг, но в таком, внешне аристократическом отеле это вызывает диссонанс ))
