Pros:

The check-in was confusing and a bit disorganized. Our main complaint was WiFi connectivity; it was spotty throughout our 3 night stay and we had to use cell phone service in the room. The room itself was good but a chair should have been provided at the writing desk. Overall good value for the money because of good room quality and central location.

Pros:

I loved this hotel. It is very stylish and comfortable and right in the middle of Prizren. Everything is close by with tons of dining options, bars, and tourist spots. The staff is very nice and helpful and run a great cafe with free breakfast included in the morning. The price was very fair too. Highly recommended when visiting Kosovo! Thank you all! :)
