Pros:

I had a decent stay here. The rooms are clean and comfortable and well priced. Unfortunately, it’s right in the middle of old city and taxis can only drop off at a stop about 15 mins walking away. It’s up a small alley off an extremely busy road and there are rooftop parties with loud music nearby in the evenings. I wasn’t a fan of the wet bathroom style but for a couple days it wasn’t a huge deal. The hotel manager spoke English but the security attendants do not.

Overall, it’s hard to find a modern clean room at this price but the photos make it look a bit more polished than it actually is.
