MHO Hotel Eloy Casa Grande near I-10

Good

Room infested with bed bugs. Was bitten. Then promised I would be refunded for my room. And wasn't refunded. Certainly not a hotel I will be staying in ever again.

The room was clean... The service was amazing.. I had a last minute room accommodation and they accommodated me with such care. The check-in and Out process was extremely easily and all staff was polite. I will be staying again!!

Ok for the price...but only coffee in the lobby...not in room. No amenities...no coffee in room... no breakfast. And no coffee in lobby before 7 am

So much noise from the traffic I couldn’t sleep

The room wasn't very clean. There was someone else's hair all over the bed and shower. Bed was very uncomfortable. Check in and check out was simple and easy, though.

Room was dirty and uncomfortable to stay.The area was unsafe. Expedia should not recommended this kind of place.

Arrived and didn't have enough for security deposit and was told couldn't stay there which left me high and dry for trying to get a room at a different hotel for the night this was on the night before Thanksgiving and due to this I've had to say this will be my second night out in the desert because they took the money for the booking and this was neither a change or anything so didn't get room awaiting full refund for booking... Never should have been taken from my card from the first place since I was denied a room.... Again the day before Thanksgiving and thanksgiving get to sleep in my truck in desert. There is more to this but not worth the time noting as I've wasted too much time typing this now. Awaiting full refund as was told by the clerk who said I can't stay.

Very quite place to stay

They are quick to attend all needs and good for family and has quick bites and dining options

The room was decent. But it worn. The towel rack keep falling off the wall. It was a little dusty and and had a light smell of cigarettes. But there was plenty of space. I would stay there again.

It was perfect I travel for work it's cheap and really nice for what you pay for.

I don't recommend this dirty motel this is want it is super dirty specially if you have you family with you i please covers over our beds this is how bad it was it was my son and I for a soccer game i even did dere going out side this how we feel do on safe i even v
Hade to cover the sofa in the room the bathroom let's not even talk about it if you have family do not stay here

Good place to stay

Room 103 was in good condition overall. The door was an issue, did not close tight at the latch and had a 1/2 to 3/4 in opening at the top when closed. I shimmed the door at the latch to hold it tight, still had the gap at the top. Very noisy at night with other guests in parking lot and the semi-trucks parked out back.

Very rundown and dingy. Faucets and shower head was loose and felt like they would fall off/out when touched. Towels were very stained and didn't smell clean.

I will never stay there again or recommend this place to anyone!

Served the purpose of a place to sleep. That's about it. Lots of unpainted wall repair patches. TV didn't work. Filthy windows. Cheap as far as hotels go but you get what you pay for.

The new manager is very friendly and accommodating, as well as the staff!
