Posizione ottima, a 5 minuti dalla stazione di Paddington. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, camere e bagno puliti!

Excelente ubicación, pero muy incómodo para descansar

Lo mejor del hotel fue, sin duda, la ubicación. Está muy cerca de la estación de Paddington, que cuenta con numerosas líneas de metro y tren, además de varias paradas de autobús cercanas, por lo que resulta muy cómodo para moverse por Londres. El personal de recepción fue amable durante nuestra estancia, aunque la información que nos dieron al hacer el check-in fue bastante escasa.

Cons:

La habitación era extremadamente pequeña, y el baño aún más. La ducha tenía muy poca presión de agua, por lo que ducharse llevaba mucho tiempo, algo especialmente incómodo compartiendo habitación dos personas. Además, el primer día no hubo agua caliente y tuvimos que ducharnos con agua fría; por suerte, el problema se solucionó al día siguiente.

Cada vez que se encendía la luz del baño, el extractor hacía un ruido muy fuerte y seguía funcionando durante bastante tiempo incluso después de apagar la luz, lo que resultaba muy molesto.

El aislamiento acústico también era muy deficiente. Las puertas eran antiguas y se escuchaba absolutamente todo el ruido del pasillo y de las habitaciones cercanas. Además, la cama hacía mucho ruido con cualquier movimiento, lo que dificultaba descansar.

The room was very basic, toilet seat not attached properly. Could do with a fridge and mirror with a socket in the bedroom. Next door were pretty noisy first night till gone 2am.

The hotel,the staff, RECEPTION directly start to speak Spanish to me,AMAZING,the cleaning lady's very proper and lovely,every day filled me Nescafé baggies,milk,and tea 🩷🩷🩷love the details,and then the location OLLLLEEE,in two minutes you are inside INSIDE .....!!!! Paddington station and underground THE BEST HOLIDAY EVER,thanks westpoint hotel ...... HASTA PRONTO+

De locatie was goed dicht bij paddington station, vandaar treinen naar london

Cons:

De bedden veel te klein voor twee personen. Wij waren met 3 dit was niet te doen. Toen we vroegen om een grotere kamer werden we niet geholpen. Na 1 nacht ik was er met mijn 2 volwassen kinderen uiteindelijk een kamer bij geboekt met betaling.

Excellent for work stay (minus the brekkie)
Pros:

I was placed in an apartment after booking a double room and it was fantastic. Kitchen, living space, then upstairs bedroom and bathroom. Lots of space and comfort and very well priced.

Reception staff were also very pleasant.

I accidentally left valuables around in plain sight when I went to work, and they were exactly where I left them when I got back whilst the room had been cleaned.

Cons:

The ironing facilities are poor for ironing work shirts. The breakfast has a semi decent variety but the quality was not for me. Sausages incredibly soft and dissolvable and the ham looks like slices of spam.

El baño es súper pequeño, no puedes ni limpiarte los dientes, hasta el punto que una persona grasa no puede entrar!!!! A parte no tenia presion el agua, este hotel en España tiene la categoría de pensión!!!

Perfect for the price
Pros:

Clean comfortable rooms with basically everything you may need.
Friendly staff
Perfect location, a few minute walk from the Paddington station
Special thanks to the cleaning ladies who truly kept our room spotless, changed the towels and trash bins daily.

Cons:

The rooms were a bit too small , but it's alright for a few days.
Warm water in the shower took too long to start

Locatie was perfect om uitstapjes te maken

Cons:

De vleugel waar wij zaten was het erg warm. Zodra je de gang in kwam was het warm. Zo ook op de kamer. Geen airco maar wel een tafel ventilator. Doe moest heel de tijd aan staan om het op een aangename temperatuur te houden. Geen uitzicht vanuit de kamer ook. Een zeer klein binnenplaats waar wat machine kasten stonden en pijpen. Misschien daarom zo warm. We hebben er niets van gezegd omdat we het wel prima vonden, maar kan me voorstellen dat er mensen zijn die dit niet willen
