Location was excellent, very close to Metro station and Bus stops. Close to Hyde Park and restaurants & cafes.

Cons:

The bathroom was extremely small, the clean towels that were given to us were stained with make-up, the window could not be opened and we could hear everything that was happening in the adjacent rooms all the time. The radiator was always on and it was unnecessary as the weather was not very cold. The luggage storage also felt unsafe because anyone could take your things from the room. The receptionist simply gives you the key to leave your things, and then you ask for it again when collecting them. Furthermore, the internet was absolutely horrendous. There was not a limited time of usage but it almost never worked. I ended up relying on mobile data for most of the time. Fortunately, I didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel.

Pros:

Mooi hotel vlakbij hyde park. Ik hou van de rustigere omgeving met toch goede verbindingen naar het centrum en de toeristischere locaties van Londen.
Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Comfortabele kamer met de basic benodigdheden voor een prettig verblijf.

Un alojamiento adecuado para pasar pocos días y moverse con facilidad por Londres.
Pros:

La ubicación, muy cerca de Hyde Park y prácticamente al lado de la estación de Paddington. Está cerca de bares y restaurantes para desayunar, comer, cenar o tomar algo por la zona.

Cons:

La habitación muy pequeña y con una ligera inclinación. El baño muy estrecho y pese a que el servicio de limpieza pasaba cada día, algunas zonas no se limpiaban.

Pros:

En personal del hotel eran muy amables. La ubicación es buena porque estás al lado de la estación padington y resulta muy fácil moverse por la ciudad en metro o tren.

Cons:

Ya al principio teníamos que habernos quejado. Reservamos una habitación con tres camas individuales y nos pusieron en una con cama doble y una individual donde no te podías mover de lo pequeña que era, estando en la planta menos uno y sin tener ventilación. Debido a la localización de la habitación estábamos incomunicadas, no teníamos ni cobertura y el wifi no funcionaba, era muy desesperante. Se escuchaban los ruidos de las bajantes de la ducha y la ducha se salía el agua y no había alcachofa, tenías que apañartr con un grifo superior.
