Convenient, clean and comfortable with great customer service
Pros:

excellent breakfast and a great choice of good quality and hot food. Wonderful views and brilliantly located. Very happy with the room and facilities.

Cons:

It feels like it needs a bit of decoration uplift in the restaurant and main reception. It's a bit old looking. Totally functioning and great customer service though.

Location was good.

£5 charge per bag to leave in the hotel
No sound proofing, very loud, doors banging, TVs and music in other rooms, lots of noise, hardly slept.

Great, with a couple of problems
Pros:

The building, it's views and it's location are exceptional.

Cons:

The information email sent in advance showed the carpark map as deleted. This meant we had to go to the hotel, stop in their ''no parking " run in for directions and return the way we had just come.
The lighting in our room blew a fuse and we had to move. These things happen. The second room had a smaller bed and no bath.

Great view from my room on 5 floor

Cons:

The enterance to the hotel does not do it justice. It’s a fine hotel on the inside and the exterior shape is iconic, upgrading the entrance would enhance its 4 star appeal. Perhaps moving the entrance steps to the exterior of the building rather than the inside.. A1 may have some ideas 😊
