Little Getaway.
Pros:

The view of the Liver Builing was spectacular. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The shower was heavenly.

Disturbingly disgusting, dirty all round. Actual filthy and dangerous

The gentleman at the front desk was amazing. Very friendly.

Cons:

Room error from get go. £130 additional fee at check-in. Next room was disgusting stains beyond belief. Cleaning staff chocked the halls every morning with manky odour masker. Rooms for families cleaned in under 10 minutes, topped off with a massive dose of manky spray. Very rude tall dark haired intrusive lady at front desk. Broken dangerous heating. Zero ventilation.

Cons:

The person in the room next to us had the tv on very loud and banged his room door a couple of times. So hardly slept.

Simply, have found a location which we will certainly use again.

Location really good, close to all we wanted
Staff welcoming and helped with parking arrangements
Breakfast excellent and set us up for our day
Room excellent, all facilities clean and worked!
Evening bar staff helpful

We were hot in our room during the night and could not turn the heating fan system off.

The room was clean and well appointed

Cons:

We arrived half an hour early for check in and expected a wait but weren't able to check in until half an hour after our allotted time as they were still cleaning.

Once in the room the bed was harder than concrete so a good night's sleep did not happen.
