Pros:

Location was good, that’s it

Cons:

Dirty stains on the floor, dust in glasses and surfaces, a locked door which was clearly locked from either side which led to a separate room that other people were staying in we could hear everything and it disturbed our sleep. Not to mention when I opened up the wardrobe to hang some clothes up we found someone’s else’s underwear in there! We could see the stains on them without even touching them! Disgusting! When we checked our of the hotel I was accused of owing £20 for an early check in fee. Which we paid on arrival. I showed the man that this has in fact come out of my bank, and showed them. Overall, unclean, dirty, poor layout, uncomfortable beds. Only good thing about it is the location and how close it is to other things.

"What a lovely stay! The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, the location was perfect, and the view from our room was amazing. This will definitely be my first choice whenever I visit Liverpool. Many thanks to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable." 😊

Cons:

The only minor downside was that the rooms were not very soundproof, and conversations from the room next door were quite audible. However, this did not take away from an otherwise wonderful stay.

Will be back.
Pros:

Be one of few hotels with a view of the river. Great restaurant and bar overlooking the river. Room was great very comfy good view also. Breakfast was amazing. I will definitely come back here again.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel, friendly accommodating staff, perfect size room for our short staff. Daniel went above and beyond to be helpful, providing us with information of the surroundings, how to get to our venue and providing us with fans to assist with keeping cool on a very hot day.

Cons:

The only issue was the air conditioning system, it was a very hot day and unfortunately it wouldn't work and needed the maintenance team but the Daniel was amazing at providing us with fan substitutes very quickly.
