Beautiful hotel in superb location.
Pros:

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The facilities were spotless. Great location for exploring Bangkok. Beautiful hotel, would definitely recommend.

Greit hotell for jobbreise
Pros:

Deilig frukt og omelett til frokost.
Fint med svømmebasseng.

Cons:

Kun én kaffemaskin noe som skapte kø. Litt for mange middagsretter til frokost. Savnet müsli.
Jeg hadde ikke varmtvann i dusjen.
Veldig lite treningsrom.
Restauranten tilknyttet hotellet hadde ekstremt sakte service og noe overpriset.

Fijn verblijf op perfecte locatie
Pros:

Fijne grote kamer, uitstekende douche en heerlijk ontbijt (er is westers maar dat is beperkt; wij houden van Thais ontbijt).
Bed is erg goed.
Locatie is perfect; “ New kao Son road” (Soi Samsen) met leuke eettentjes en barretjes is op loopafstand).

The location was great, staff were helpful and polite, rooms were good and beds particularly so.

Cons:

The breakfast, from the point of view of a European was not good. Bread was bad, no cheese, the pastries were always dry, not good cold meats. Why chicken sausage? Also, why have breakfast in a place without AC? It was always horribly hot! We should have the possibility of having breakfast in a cool place. I also felt there weren't enough common areas in the ac where to spend a couple of hours when it is too hot outside to go out.

Good location, very comfortable and lovely staff made for an enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Excellent and varied breakfast with key dishes changed from day to day to keep it interesting. Very clean with lovely staff and a great location close to the UN ESCAP centre. In particular the staff were very helpful in sorting out a double booking with Booking.com.

Cons:

Very little to criticise but it would have been nice if the air conditioning was a degree or two colder, given the heatwave conditions when we were there.
