Jeden z lepszych noclegów w Tokyo.
Pros:

Czysto, nowy hotel, ekspres do kawy, zestaw kosmetyków, piękny wystrój japoński, oczyszczacz powietrza + klimatyzacja. Świetna lokalizacja bardzo blisko stacja metra (zielona). Kolejnym dużym plusem była Pralko-suszarka! Jeden z lepszych noclegów jaki mieliśmy w Japonii a było ich trochę :) Uprzejmy właściciel - zrozumiał Nasze potrzeby i bardzo pomógł ostatniego dnia przy wymeldowaniu. Bardzo polecam - za rok chętnie wrócimy ponownie!

Pros:

Room has very nice aesthetics, and it’s located at a quiet area where there’s little to no noise. Communication with the host was easy too

Cons:

The stairs. It’s quite narrow and if you’re staying level 4 onwards, not recommended for family with young children or elderly

Pleasant and cozy
Pros:

Modern minimalist design, great location, and comfy. We enjoyed having a washer/dryer in the room and the location to the JR and subway stations were convenient.

Cons:

Walking up 5 flights of stairs to get to the room. The stairway narrows as you go up so traveling with large suitcases or multiple suitcases may be challenging.

Wonderfully relaxing and peaceful.
Pros:

The responsiveness of the staff of MARUMI Hotel Uguisudani was outstanding! It’s a very new location and it is absolutely wonderful. I will definitely be looking to book a stay with them again for my future Travels to the Tokyo area. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I am so glad to have stayed there for my final week in Japan. I could not have asked for better Hotel Accommodations!

Cons:

The only experiences that I did not enjoy was when I left the door open, forgetting to close it. When I returned later in the evening to the front door open I was in shock but the staff was able to look up the security system and reassure me that I had left it open. Their responsiveness made me feel better about the situation.

One other experience was the upstairs neighbors had been making a party way into the early morning hours, keeping me and my roommates up all night while trying to sleep. The other guests were clearly going against hotel policy and rules. I made a complaint to the hotel staff and they were extremely responsive and went above and beyond being apologetic. They even gifted us with a very special gift. It was way over the top as I know it is not the hotels fault for their tenants to break the rules and cause problems for other guests.

There was nothing the hotel or staff could have done better. Definitely a favorite choice for future travels!

親戚の新しいお家に泊めて貰った様です
Pros:

お部屋が綺麗で清潔感がありました、。
サービスのコーヒー、紅茶などとても美味しかったです。
チェックインが遅くなったのですが、快い対応して頂き、ありがとうございました。
駅から近いのも助かりました

Cons:

予約の入力に手間取りました、電話での予約なら簡単に済むかなとおもいました。 (年配なので入力に時間がかかりました。)
