Highly recommend for family with lot of luggages
Pros:

The place is good for family with lots of luggages. Spacious, cozy and relatively safe. There is washing machine with dryer at basement 1 and you need to use your own detergent. Location is accessible by bus and subway. The subway is still under repair so only choice is bus at fhe moment. Balcony resting is the best especially after your long walk throughout the day. Grocery and cafe is nearby.

Cons:

Nothing much to mention. Virtually all are good.

It was a stylish and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Getting to the city center is very easy. The furniture and the building are very new and clean. Furthermore, the color and furniture choices have made the apartment feel spacious and airy.

Pros:

Szép ház, szép lakás, az erkélyen nagyon kellemes üldögélni, parkosított udvar mókusokkal, és darukkal. Az építkezés reggel 7-kor kezdődik, szombaton is. Sajátos hangulat.
Közel van a buszmegálló, néhány lépésre éttermek, büfék.

Cons:

Az apartmanhoz nem lehet hozzáférni, a kódot nem küldték emilben, hosszú, órákkal meghosszabbított utazás után, csomagokkal átverekedve magunkat az egész várost földúlta építkezéseken, izzadtan, fáradtan álltunk a kapuban, és a tulajodonos nem értette a problémánkat. Nem ő, hanem az egyik lakó, Mohamed segített a tulajt rávenni, hogy engedjen már be minket.
A bankszámlámhoz nem kellett kód.
A kanapéágy, amit ígertek, s ami miatt a választásunk erre az apartmanra esett, egy vékony matrac, ágynemű nélkül. A földön kellett aludnia az utitársamnak. Ez így, 70+ már túlzottan kalandos.
Aztán az utolsó két éjszakára kaptunk lepedőt, meg még egy matracot, de ettől az ágy nem lett ágy. Ha kanapé is.
Az erkélyen balesetveszélyes a rács a földön, meg a csúszós lejtő az erkélyajtóból kilépve.
A fürdőszobában egyetlen fogas sincs, a zuhanyban nincs kapaszkodó, nincs fölmosó. A vécépapír csak takarékosan, ki van számolva. Tessen igazodni.
A konyhában nincs papírtörcsi, a konyharuha szigorúan egy darab, nincs csöpögtetőtálca.
Viszont van kávé, tea, s pezsgőt talál a hűtőben az, aki végre bejut a lakásba.
Foglaláskor elfelejtettek szólni, hogy egész München föl van túrva, s nem jár a metró a közelben. Távolban sem mindenütt.

Búcsúzóul viszont kaptunk üzenetet, akkor már tudták, hogy hogyan kell kapcsolatot tartani, hogy maradhatunk még egy fél órát a kicsekkolás időpontja után, HA: levisszük a szemetet, az üvegeket a gyűjtőbe, s ha az 1 órás programmal elmosogatunk a gépben. Utána hagyhatunk borravalót a takarító személyzetnek.

Near-perfect!
Pros:

We arrived long before check-in time, but received a code to enter the building and store our luggage in a secure room. We received a welcome-package upon checking in which included wine, water, pasta, coffee, tea, milk etc. There was also olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and other spices which made it super-easy to prepare meals in the apartment. The apartment has a beautiful bathroom and shower and a lovely balcony where one can sit and relax after a day out. The kitchenware is of a high quality. The landlord (Simon) provided us with an air fryer and was available for questions during the duration of our stay - just a message away. All apartments are easily accessible by a large lift. Will definitely return.

また帰りたい部屋
Pros:

とても清潔で広々していた。白を基調にした部屋は最新設備が備えられているし、ベランダに出れば懐かしく感じる中庭が見える。バスルームは広くて美しい空間でした。

Cons:

電子レンジかオーブンがあればお惣菜を温めるだけで簡単な夕食ができたと思う。
