Lovely stay in a brand new, beautifully appointed apartment.
Pros:

Beautiful aesthetic. The attention to detail is top class. Apartment was spotless, with many amenities. Appliances brand new. Keyless entry was effortless. A lovely sun-soaked balcony overlooking the quiet neighbourhood was a great place to sit in the afternoons.

Cons:

A personal preference is to be greeted on arrival by hosts. This way you can seek recommendations from a local if wanted.

Pros:

Appartamenti molto curati, spaziosi e puliti. Dotati di tutto il necessario e anche di più. Gli host sono super disponibili e ci hanno fornito tutte le indicazioni in modo chiaro prima del nostro arrivo. Molto apprezzato il cibo e le bevande presenti già in casa e offerte al nostro arrivo! molto chiaro il video di spiegazione del parcheggio e anche economico. Poszione comoda vicino alla metro e al parco dove si svolge il Frulingfest/Oktoberfest.
Assolutamente consigliato.

Bellissimo appartamento vicino all’Oktoberfest
Pros:

Appartamento pulito, comodo, la cucina è super attrezzata e la proprietaria è gentilissima. Ci ha lasciato in casa latte, acqua, e degli snack. Il parcheggio è solo su prenotazione e a pagamento, ma non ne abbiamo usufruito, nei ditorni ci sono dei parcheggi a pagamento in strada (11€ al giorno) e la domenica non si paga. Bellissima casa davvero, ottimo prezzo, noi abbiamo soggiornato in 4 e si stava molto comodi.

Schöne Zeit in München

Perfekte Kommunikation, alles gut erklärt, unkompliziert. Ein sehr schönes, neues sauberes Haus. Gute Gegend, in der Nähe von der U-Bahn. Bäckereien und Cafés. Willkommensgeschenk, danke schön dafür! Sehr saubere, stillvolle Wohnung mit einer gut ausgestatteter Küche(Spülmaschine, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine mit Kaffeekapseln, Wasserkocher usw. ) Wohnzimmer mit dem aufklappbaren Sofa, Fernseher, Schlafzimmer mit Balkon, bequemes Bett. Grosse Dusche mit den Pflegeprodukten, Fön. Wir waren absolut zufrieden! Sehr zu empfehlen.

Correcta elección en Sendling.
Pros:

Apartamentos de gran tamaño en barrio tranquilo. Mobiliario bonito y de calidad. Rápida respuesta con personal encargado. En general, correcto. Razonablemente bien comunicado, aunque algo apartado.

Cons:

No creo que el apartamento sea cómodo para 4 personas. El sofá cama definitivamente no me gustó (somos huéspedes jóvenes). Nos pusieron una cuna para bebé sin colchón.
