Comfortable and modern apartment

Enorm luxe. Ik voelde me james bond in mn penthouse. Vriendelijke gastheer/gastvrouw. Mooi uitzicht. Bedden waren fantastisch. Tv geweldig. Badkamer was zeer royaal. Zeer goed en netjes.

Cons:

Niks eigenlijk. Wellicht had er een kleine kruimeldief mogen liggen in de keuken voor kleine kruimels. Het had beter gevoeld als ik het helemaal schoon had kunnen achter laten.

Two nice nights in Munich
Pros:

The apartment was nicely furnished, and the kids especially liked the gold-like theme (which included dishes, utensils, etc.). Outdoor blinds kept the apartment reasonably temperate even during hot days, and it was possible to ventilate during evening/night. The sofa bed was really close to the floor, so even younger kids won't fall (from too high).

Owners are communicative and ready to swap appliances to your needs upon request; they also provided us with a welcome package that included pasta – great if you arrive late, hungry, and shops are already closed. All the necessary instructions were provided in a timely fashion and were clear (we paid a bit extra for parking that is located about 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment in a private garage house).

Grocery stores were nearby, and there are nice parks within walking distance too – even the one where Oktoberfest happens is close by – for anything else, one can walk to the nearest metro station.

Cons:

There were not enough dishes for a family of four, causing us to hand-wash between meals even though there was a dishwasher. The shower did not seem to have enough pressure (it did not exactly trickle either, but a bit more would be more comfortable).

Pros:

Logement pas très grand (nous avons choisi le plus petit, donc c'était juste un studio une pièce) mais très bien conçu, ce qui fait qu'on ne s'y sent pas à l'étroit même à deux personnes. Tout est moderne, agréable, très propre (cuisine fonctionnelle et bien conçue, pas de four mais on peut demander un micro-ondes) et toutes nos demandes ont été immédiatement satisfaites. Si vous venez en voiture il y a une option garage payante (pas trop chère pour Munich) dans un parking souterrain situé à 300 mètres. Cela dit, avec un grand véhicule (notre Tesla Y) c'était un peu compliqué d'y manoeuvrer et se garer (pas du tout impossible, mais enfin, quand même un peu stressant)

Cons:

Pas loin du tout du centre ville avec une ligne de métro très pratique. Le gros problème c'est que cet été cette ligne ne fonctionne pas et qu'il y a un service de bus de remplacement qui n'est pas commode du tout (le bus reste coincé dans les embouteillages). Donc attention : bien vérifier que la ligne de métro fonctionne (plusieurs tranches de travaux sont prévues dans les prochaines années)

Deux jours à Munich avec deux jeunes enfants.
Pros:

L'appartement est spacieux et propre. L'emplacement est super, on est rapidement au centre ville. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut autour de l'appartement: épicerie, restaurant, café... Pouvoir laisser sa voiture au parking est un plus. Les hôtes sont extrêmement réactifs.

Pros:

Le standing du logement est très high-tech avec accès à l'immeuble et à l'appartement grâce à un digicode (pratique, pas de clés à garder sur soi). Intérieur plutôt luxueux. Bien que situé sur une grande avenue, l'insonorisation est très bonne (on y dort très bien). L'accès au centre-ville peut se faire à pieds (environ 35mn). Parking privé à disposition (réservation obligatoire).

Enjoyable few days in Munich.
Pros:

Property was clean & despite initial worries was easily accessed via code.
Kitchen area was compact but well equipped. Cleaning supplies were appreciated as was our welcome drink.
