Prettige kamer met zeer vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Prettige grote kamer met de wc apart van de douche. Fijn beddengoed met keuze uit twee kussens. Zeer vriendelijk personeel in restaurant en aan de balie.

Cons:

Zwembad was groot gedeelte dicht vanwege onderhoudt.

Staff here wad amazing! Had to stay due to harsh weather and flight cancelations, it was a stressful time but they handled it with grace. They were so helpful with everything - even the person at the cafe went out of his way to help me find vegan options. Thank you so much!

Great stay in Dallas.
Pros:

Great location - close to DFW. Very new facilities. Great staff made friends with Valeria, Miss Maddison, Savanaah. The manager of the laundry faculty was very helpful. Free parking. Swimming pool, sauna, and free coffee.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was good. Small gripe - I was an hour early to check in and the room was ready so I thought the staff would just offer me the room. However, the lady wanted to charge me $40 early check in. A bit strange. After a bit of discussion she let us in. In any case we merely left our luggage in the room and went out for lunch.
