I am so glad that I booked this place.
Pros:

Place is clean and spacious.
There are 5 of us; including 3 grown up daughters. Space feels just right.
There is a washer in the bathroom and air dryer in toilet. Hotel provided enough hangers to hang clothes to dry. I washed and air dried for 4hrs overnight. So glad that all clothes remain clean.
Near to Nippombashi Stn & Dotonbori.
Close to Kuromon Market and it has supermarket there too. Got drug store, Family Mart and 7-11 too.
