Great Location
Pros:

Lovely room, great size for Japan!
Beds were comfy and great having a washing machine in our room. Location was also wonderful near the market, convenience stores and also train station.

Cons:

We liked it all, nothing we didn't like.
Would be good maybe to offer Netflix or something for the TV's.

Pros:

We loved the location & was so close to a 7/11 which the kids loved for our daily food/snacks. Also very close to Kurumon market which was such a great place. So many great places to eat at around & buy lots of souvenirs. Also, just about 5 mins or so walk to Nipponbashi train station. There was also a Yamato luggage forwarding service within 5 mins which we used to send our luggage to Kyoto.
Although there was no staff on site, the check-in instructions were quite easy to follow & wifi worked great! The owner was helpful in providing us with an iron when I had emailed through. Good toiletries & plenty of towels. Washing machine & dryer in bathroom was helpful too.

Great stay very good location close to everything
Pros:

The apart hotel is very well located right near the Kuromon market, and is very comfortable. The washing machine as well as dryer are very useful especially with the rainy weatherc and also fhe balcony was very useful for drying the clothes. The aparthotel offers everything you need, and provides more if necessary. The access is quite easy once you check in in advance with the link provided.

Cons:

The wc room was not clean enough by Japanese standards, in fact I had to clean it and yet the bad smell persisted. I suspect a malfunction, perhpas the toilet was leaking.

Good value for money, large, spacious, clean rooms with adequate amenities
