Categories

Cleanliness
1
Multiple reviews mention pests (cockroaches, geckos, birds), questionable food freshness and heavily chlorinated pool; overall cleanliness is a clear negative.
Service
1
Mixed reports: one very negative check-in experience with a curt receptionist, but several reviews praise friendly, efficient reception and helpful staff.
Location
1
Location is practical for Suvarnabhumi airport for some guests, but others report a misleading 'airport' name and a 20+ minute taxi ride; overall slightly negative.
Room Quality
1
Rooms described as large with comfortable beds and quiet AC by some, but others report overheated rooms on arrival and pest issues; overall mildly positive on comfort but with problems.
Amenities
1
Pool and terrace are appreciated, but issues like over-chlorination, limited sun loungers and occasional beach pollution reduce the amenities score slightly.
Value for Money
1
Mixed value: some cite good price/quality, but complaints include overpriced pool drinks and an attempted small-charge for a stained towel, indicating value concerns.
Food and Beverage
1
Breakfast and F&B are inconsistent across reviews: some find it limited or watery (scrambled eggs), while others do not complain; net neutral.
Overall Experience
1
Polarizing overall: a very strong negative experience from one guest contrasts with several positive stays (comfortable beds, good staff, useful for an airport night), resulting in a cautiously positive overall impression for many travellers.

Pros:

Bedden waren goed, kamer was praktisch gewoon goed.

Cons:
