Pros:

The place was very near to USJR - Basak Campus. Perfect location for Bar Exam takers.

it was less than of a fair stay
Pros:

the air conditioning was cold enough

Cons:

There were broken parts in the room like the windows where you can see an empty dark room from the other side and only covered by curtains.

The lobby area was very hot yet the main door is always close
