If you can, as a woman or solo traveller, I'd suggest you book a different hotel/apartment, or request cash-on-arrival payment option.

Booked this place for my stay in BKK based on all the positive reviews. My experience was the absolute opposite.
Moved my arrival date by a few days, & text communication with the property was great & they agreed to credit those extra 3 days to me before i arrived.

When I arrived at night, no staff was there for check-in, no other guests around, phones weren't being answered, building was vacant & property offered zero solutions, refunds or resolve.
Was without a home for a night, while looking for a new hotel for the rest of my stay.
Slept on a couch at a friendly strangers house.

This event negatively impacted my BKK experience, left me feeling unsafe, financially bare & exhausted, to the point where I barely left my new hotel or had little interest in exploring the city until my flight out. Reported.

Maybe you'll have a better experience. Approach with major caution though.

Bonne localisation de l’établissement tout en étant dans une rue calme.
Pros:

Accueil très chaleureux d’Anna. L’hôtel est bien situé tout en étant à l’écart des grandes avenues. Les chambres sont simples et très grandes.

Perfect!
Pros:

Everything! The location is perfect and so peaceful! My room was large, comfy and so clean. I even extended my stay as I loved it so much. The staff are incredible and it felt like a little home from home. Can’t recommend enough! A big thank you for making me stay so lovely :)

Great stay! Will definitely stay here again once we come back!
Pros:

The property was very clean and is in a nice neighborhood. Transportation can be frustrating during the weekdays because it’s in a busy area. Weekends are fine. There’s a BTS station few meters away. There’s also a cafe to the right, we had our breakfast there once. Nana was nice and accommodating. On our last day, she let us drop our bags at the lobby while we roam around the city. She also let us borrow a weighing scale. We went back for it at 8PM. Overall, our stay was great.

Pros:

İlk gittiğimizde odanın temiz olmasını ve konumunu

Cons:

Oda temizliği kaldığımız süre boyunca yapılmadı. Deluxe aile odasında kaldık dolap yoktu o yüzden geniş olan alan bavullar ile kaplanmak zorunda kaldı. Su havlu vb ihtiyaçları talebimiz doğrultusunda aldık.
