Excellent choice in Fethiye
Pros:

Allowed me to check in early, fantastic room on the top floor, excellent price during the off season, and the bath was dreamy and luxurious!

Cons:

Perhaps an earlier breakfast. Unfortunately I couldn't eat it as I had to get to the bus station for 9am. But no complaints, it was a great stay!

Dank der zentralen Lage konnten wir überall leicht hinkommen. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.

The location of the hotel is really great, and it’s very easy to reach everywhere. The staff were very kind, attentive, and friendly. We felt very comfortable and welcomed. It was a lovely stay, and it’s definitely a place we would consider visiting again

the location is good.

Cons:

the reception didn’t understand English, need translation app.

We booked paragliding in the hotel, the experience is not good. The reception told me tomorrow morning pick up time is 8:00am, but pick up bus come at 8:50, we arrived Oludeniz beach at 9:10, waiting until 10:00 and then go to the hill top.

Don't waste your time - much better places in Fethiye
Pros:

The location and the staff were very nice.

Cons:

We booked this thinking it looked nice from the photos and location to Fethiye town but honestly this was far from acceptable living conditions.
1. The smell was strong of perfume (overpowering) even after opening all the windows.
2. See photos for description of all other issues we had.

We ended up leaving after 30 minutes and booking somewhere else which was so much better and only a 2 minute walk away.

Harika bir konaklamayadı!
Pros:

Sadece 1 gece kaldım ama gerçekten çok memnun ayrıldım. Otel çok temizdi, oda düzenliydi ve hijyen konusunda içim çok rahattı. Çalışanlar son derece güler yüzlü ve her konuda yardımcı oldular.
Konum olarak da çok avantajlı: Denize sadece 100 metre mesafede ve çarşıya yürüyerek 10 dakikada ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Kısa süreli bir konaklama olmasına rağmen çok keyif aldım, tekrar gelmek isterim. Teşekkürler!

Обслуживающий персонал:все подробно показали и объяснили.

Cons:

Апартаменты уставшие.
Нам дали комнату на 3 этаже: над нами никого не было ,но там шел ремонт. С 11 часов бесконечная долбежка,поэтому сейчас смысл бронировать данные апартаменты отсутствует.
В ванной пахнет канализацией и затхлостью,поэтому дверь всегда закрывали ,потому что спать с открытой дверью при таком запахе было просто невозможно. Никаких настольных и прикроватных светильников,только верхний свет.
Для меня это минус.
Рядом мечеть,кто не любит резкие звуки в 6 утра-обратите внимание.
Расположение нам норм,но для любителей пляжного отдыха до пляжа далековато.
В общем, на одну ночь терпимо,но явно не больше. Можно найти лучшие варианты за эти же деньги.

They had a partnership with a restaurant for breakfast which had very tasty turkish breakfast. Supermarket steps away. Staff were nice.

Cons:

Not that close to the beach, you have to get a taxi to any beach which made us spend extra money. The facilities are a bit old, cleaning could be improved, furnishings are a bit old school, bed was very uncomfortable. Elevator is external but it was unpractical because during the day it would take a lot of sun making it an oven, basically impossible to use. Stairs were uncomfortable and not easy to use.
