L'emplacement.

Cons:

Salle de bain horrible ,douche qui coule dur le sol,pas de prise de courant,. La chambre pas de chevet,pas d'ascenseur,pas de prises pres du lit,. Interupteur unique prés de la porte d'entrée . Ascenseur en panne. A déconseiller.

Pros:

It is not 4-star hotel, is is barely a 3-start hotel.
Nevertheless, I was only staying for a night, and for that it was okay. If you adjust your expectations, the hotel is okay.
The staff was nice.
The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

My one main complaint is that while taking a shower, a foul canal-smell appeared when I opened the tap.

Pros:

Wir hatten eine bestätigte Reservierung. Als wir einchecken wollten, war das Hotel ausgebucht. Der Rezeptionist konnte/wollte uns in keiner Weise weiterhelfen eine neue Unterkunft zu finden.

Prix très intéressant pour petit budget, mais plusieurs petits détails peu coûteux pourraient être améliorés de la part

Matelas inconfortables. Aucun service d’entretien ménager des chambres. Connexion wifi lente et faible réception sans fil dans les chambres.

Camera moderna e spaziosa, accogliente. Personale molto gentile e cibo del ristorante ottimo. Posizione buona, presenza di un tavolo e di un bollitore per acqua.

Cons:

Wifi pessimo, alcuni dettagli della camera (il tipo di doccia che allaga il bagno, l'assenza di comodini, la finestra inaccessibile perché dietro il letto, solo un interruttore per la luce lontano dal letto)

Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé. Il semble plus orienté " business " que tourisme et les chambres ne sont pas très chaleureuses mais nous avons quand même apprécié notre séjour pour y visiter la ville. Le personnel est très gentil

Cons:

Si vous êtes au premier étage il peut y avoir un peu de bruit le soir en provenance du bar qui est installé juste devant l'hôtel

Pros:

We spent four nights at the hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, bright, and very comfortable. The staff was exceptionally kind, professional, and always willing to help.

A special mention goes to Yi Vesoth, who truly became close to our hearts. We could turn to him with any request or problem, and he was always there for us with a smile and genuine care. His dedication and warmth made our stay truly special.

Many thanks to the entire hotel staff for their outstanding hospitality. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

The most of the time we didn't get the food that we wanted or as we wanted (asked not spicy and received spicy)

Hospital room style accommodation
Pros:

The location was ok

Cons:

The room itself was very clinical and hospital like.
I wouldn't recommend adding the breakfast at all. The photos of food are stock photos and not at all like you will receive. Our eggs came out essentially rare.
We spent 2 weeks in Vietnam, including 4 nights in Cambodia and this was the most expensive and unappealing accommodation. We stayed in some very touristy and really lovely accommodations as well, including resort villas.
The mattress was also as stiff as a board. The floor would've been perhaps more comfortable.
The stay is fine if you don't care and just need a room to stay, but don't have any expectations...
