Clean, comfortable, quiet. Has everything you need and more.
Pros:

Extremely clean, great location with shops and restaurants close by. Amenities were excellent, we were very comfortable and also the host went above and beyond to accommodate us. This was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in the Philippines, you won’t be disappointed!

The best stay I’ve found in Mactan Newtown
Pros:

Very nice condo everything work great and it had all the extras like coffee pot with coffee and water bottles, microwave, hot plate to cook your food all kitchen utensils, kitchen table, queen bed, couch bed pool, weight room, much better than any condo in Mactan Newtown and its only a 5 minute walk from there. Will stay again for sure

Pros:

Отличные апартаменты, чисто, уютно, есть всё необходимое, посуда, кофе, бутылки с водой в холодильнике, гигиенические принадлежности и даже пара настольных игр. Вода в душе через фильтр, напор нормальный, перебоев не было.
Есть весьма хороший тренажерный зал и чистый бассейн, не хватает только шезлонгов.
Расположение в целом хорошее, на тук-туке можно доехать до главной дороги или пройти пешком минут 7. До аэропорта без пробок утром ехали минут 20, а вечером по пробкам в районе часа.
Владелец очень хороший, всегда был на связи, очень внимательный и приятный в общении 😊

Отличное место для отдыха и проживания!
Pros:

Прекрасное, спокойное уютное место. Очень приветливый персонал, всегда помогали нам, когда мы терялись. В квартире есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Светло. Даже петухи по утрам не напрягали. На первое время стоит вода, кофе и закуски. Короче, мой рекомендасьон, не пожалеете.

Cons:

Смотрите, в целом кому как. Нам от этого было не горячо ни холодно. Может для кого-то это весомо. Территория закрытая, охрана и прочее, но чтобы дойти до кафе, ресторанов (а это минут 7 пешком) вам надо пройти мимо небольшого местного поселения где водятся козы, куры, петухи и разная прочая живность. По сути деревенька. Нам было прикольно смотреть на то как живут местные и чем они занимаются, к тому же они безумно дружелюбные, всегда приветствовали нас))
