Twin room with balcony as booked not available- only a double room- thus had to settle for smaller - less supererior twin room with no balcony - nothing offered as compensation!.
Safe didn't work, eventually given actual key safe and the room missed 1 day of being serviced.

There is no room service or telephone here, and there are smells coming from the bathroom.

The staff did not know the area and so inquiries as to tourist agencies were met with blank stares.

There is no source of coffee or tea and the hot water source is a 1L thermostatically controlled container which is set at 70C. There ought to be dedicated source of hot water. There are NO cooking facilities or cutlery of any kind. Nevertheless the location is replete with restaurants.

The charging of devices is not possible when one is absent from the room.

Staff would knock on your door even though you have a "Do Not Disturb" sign hanging outside your door!

Das Zimmer hatte kein Fenster.
Die Klimaanlage hat zwar funktioniert aber sie hat gestopft so das wir den Müllkübel unterstellen mussten damit kein Wasserschaden entsteht. In drei Tagen Aufenthalt wurden die Handtücher nicht gewechselt und das Personal wundert sich warum diese dann verschmutzt sind .

Но: стены просто картонные, слышно любой звук.
Номер грязный, везде волосы и не понятно чистое ли постельное бельё или нет.
Свет ночью включается и выключается
При увеличении температуры вода, вырубается электричество.
Не соответствует стоимости.

Foi a pior experiência que me aconteceu na vida...
Uma estadia de 3 dias neste hostel onde o serviço de limpeza do quarto nao existiu mais. Logo na primeira noite o autoblismo nao descarregava e fui à recepção comunicar a avaria,, pois nunca lá foram . Mas o cúmulo que nunca vi foi ao fazer o check out queriam cobrar 100 thb de cada toalha de banho porgue estavam sujas., ou seja sujas da utilização normal...
Todo o staff eram muito antipáticos.

Took 2 rooms
401 comfort room, smart tv only works if you have netflix account etc. No free to air.Had standard storm and water ran down inside walls, mopped up with thier towel, they charged 100bht to clean towel. Safe not working.
402 premium room, bathroom stank, pubic hairs in sink and toilet, tv broken. Moved me to 403 had no hot water for 2 nights. Safe not working
Had to get second room card as i could not find original, found original and gave second back to desk. On checkout wanted to change 500bht for lost card, I had to push them to find and after calling staff they found it in thier draw, took over half hour and I actually had to ASK for an apology. Yes this is a cheaper end hotel/hostel but everything is new but being allowed to deteriorate and not fixed. I don't think the management serve the guest more so they put up with guests.
