Great option for more than 3 people sharing !
Pros:

Fantastic room layout and toilet and separate shower.
Kettle and fridge included
Clean and tidy on entry
They thought of loads - including spare batteries for the remote controls !
The projector was a great touch too!

Cons:

When the ioniser / dehumidifier broke it was complicated trying to get it sorted as there are no staff in the building only iPads at the front desk with QR codes and video calls with the hotel's representative. Trying to sort out the dehumidifier with the person on the other the iPad was trickier than it would have been

The front keypad to enter the building doesn't have a zero/ 0 : it had a P or R (or something) and this confused loads of guests.
There's a stripclub (?brothel) opposite it and quite a few nearby which aided awkward conversations with our kids as we passed by.
The extractor fans aren't very strong and there was a fire alarm due to another guest on our floor having a shower

ちょっと残念でした。
Pros:

ネットで検索しました！

Cons:

写真の屋上だと思い込んでいたので思ったより部屋が狭く感じました。
こちら、プール付き、階数等もう少しわかりやすくお部屋の選択ができると嬉しいです。

だいぶ早めに予約してたのでそこが残念でした。

最初からわかっていた事ならこの様なことはないので記載方法の工夫をされたら良いかと思います。
