別部屋を手配いただきましたが、ジャグジー・サウナを使えなかったこと、楽しみにしていたので残念

Cons:

ジャグジー&バスタブありが魅力だったので、スイートルームを手配したが、不具合でお湯が出ず。
何回か電話でエラーメッセージを伝えるが、その日には直らず。
別の部屋を手配してくもらえたのはありがたかったが、
子ども、年配の方がいたため移動・使えなかったことがとても残念だった。

整體旅程期間，住宿感覺很不錯！
Pros:

家庭房空間比想像中的大，廁所與浴室分開的設計很棒，可以同時使用！
位置便利，採買與逛街都很方便。
周邊停車場也很多，但遇到假日還是會遇到停車場大客滿，要多繞繞，或提早返回早點停🤭

Cons:

有事先填好預入住申請，所以沒有問題！
但看到不少人遇到入住問題，建議可以在現場有更明確的填寫pre-check-in入住資訊的或方式！

I have stayed in Japan before and am used to (1) self check ins and (2) checking to make sure the water heater is turned on.

The self check in process was easy, I didn’t do anything ahead of time. It was very easy to communicate with staff via booking.com chat function. They provide codes ahead of time and were able to complete everything else upon arrival.

There were four of us staying in the four bed room, a bunk bed situation. The room is spacious for most places you get in Japan for a reasonable price. The beds were comfy and clean. The shower and toilet had separate rooms which worked out great. There was also a bit of closet space. We did need to make sure the water heater was on and that was an easy button.

The codes to get in are helpful when sharing the space so everyone could come and go. The projector was also great, we took advantage of watching shows at night.

Lastly the location was perfect. You are in a quiet area, 5 minute walk to the port, 15 minute walk to the shopping street and there are family marts right by for snacks and drinks.

I would stay here again and recommend to friends.

Cons:

El hotel estuvo aceptable en terminos generales, sin embargo la localización es muy mala, hay establecimientos de "mujeres y bares" poco propicios. Los servicios adicionales no los tienen, no laundry, no salon, no bodega para maletas. Solamente un micro ondas.

Pros:

海外の方でコミュニケーション少し取りづらい感じでしたが一生懸命に説明してくださったのでかなり助かりました。
チェックイン以外は快適に過ごせました。

Cons:

お世話になりました。
会社の研修で団体で宿泊させていただきました。
部屋を４つ予約しましたが、３つしかチェックインができずかなり時間を要する結果となりました。
iPadでムービー電話することができ対応してもらえたのでひとまず安心しました。
海外の方でコミュニケーション少し取りづらい感じでしたが一生懸命に説明してくださったのでかなり助かりました。
チェックイン以外は快適に過ごせました。
もう１つ改善して欲しい点をあげるとすれば、３日間滞在したのでバスタオルの交換についての案内があればよかったなと思います。タクシーもすぐに呼べるようなシステムがあればさらに助かります。
