Categories

Cleanliness
1
Multiple guests praised clean rooms and comfortable bedding, though a few noted smells (durian), a spider web/dusty area and occasional bathroom cleanliness issues.
Service
1
Staff repeatedly described as friendly and helpful — e.g., prompt technician for AC at night and generally responsive personnel.
Location
1
Several mentions of a quiet location near the mall/town and convenient car park; overall location praised as a positive feature.
Room Quality
1
Multiple functional issues reported: clogging showers that flood bathrooms, non-lockable bathroom door, hard-to-use bidet, noisy tiled floors, missing TV channels and absent/missing hair dryer — lowers room quality.
Amenities
1
Amenities mixed: rooftop entertainment bar is a plus but pool is limited (children-only) and car park limited; some guests requested better in-room items (towels, hair dryer).
Value for Money
1
Some guests appreciated discounts and comfort, but complaints about deposit policy and amenity limitations slightly reduce perceived value.
Food and Beverage
1
Lounge at night and on-site options were appreciated (convenient for food/drink); no major negative F&B comments aside from incidental durian smell from guests.
Overall Experience
1
Many guests expressed willingness to return and generally positive stays, but recurring maintenance and room-function issues temper the overall impression.

Booking.com charged me rm500 plus for two nights. If i book via call? It would inly cost mr rm340.
Pros:

Walking price is rm170 for deluxe king… don’t use booking.com to book… just give the reception counter a call..
