Goreme top!
Pros:

Staff gentile e accogliente. Stanza ampia, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. Posizione eccellente, appena fuori dalle caotiche strade principali di Goreme ma comunque a 5 minuti a piedi. Parcheggio disponibile in strada. Colazione abbondante con ampia scelta, bella la sala colazione e la terrazza sul tetto.

Cons:

Unico appunto, stanze non molto insonorizzate. Per noi non è stato un problema ma per chi ha il sonno leggero si sentono le stanze accanto e i passaggi in corridoio.

Feels like a home!
Pros:

I had read all the reviews before booking it and they all came true. First of all, it has the perfect location. After checking in, receptionist Ali organised our next day trip . We had air balloon and green tour around Goreme were sorted straight away. They upgraded us without any charges as I asked for balcony. Our room was amazing, spacious, clean and comfortable. Ali was so kind, friendly and helpful.
We had a little spider issue in the evening which came from the balcony I guess. I had to call the reception as we are scared of spiders🙈 It was hilarious to ask for help for a spider but Efe ( receptionist at night shift) saved the day for us 🤣 He is a hero 😃
Breakfast! It was fresh with lots of options. Zeynep goes above and beyond to make you feel good. The food, the company, the chat were our highlights of the stay. She was amazing. She gave me the recipe of her cake that I will try for sure.
So you have so many options to stay in Goreme area but what makes this hotel special is the STAFF! They need to be looked after 😊

La stanza è super accogliente e fresca oltre che spaziosa. Il terrazzo ideale per il relax al tramonto e un' ottima vista sul panorama di Goreme. La colazione ottima e autentica viene servita sulla terrazza dalla cuoca sorridente e accogliente! Dalla struttura, con 10'/15' a piedi si può raggiungere la strada principale piena di ristoranti e negozi. Abbiamo prenotato anche un' escursione (green tour) con la struttura e non ce ne siamo pentiti. Veramente consigliato!

Pros:

Excellent experience! The room was clean, comfortable and very well maintained. The staff was polite, smiling and always willing to help. The breakfast had a wide variety with very tasty options. I will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great property, if you fancy self-service :)
Pros:

I liked the fact that the property is new and a quiet neighbourhood. I chose to stay in a regular hotel and not a cave hotel, so it was nice from that perspective. Rooms were quite spacious and the balconies very generous too. Rooms are accessible by stairs only. Not much of a view but you can see the valley from the rooftop. Breakfast was basic but nice. I liked the staff who was cooking and serving, they were rather cheerful and made us some eggs on Day 2. There is a nice cave nearby, to get a feel of the place. Place is an easy 2-3 min walk from the main road and market, restaurants, which was very helpful.

Cons:

After we checked in, there was little or no interaction with the hotel hosts. The guy at the reception was courteous, he helped with our luggage and check-in, also helped me get balloon tickets through someone. But having said that, there was no service at the place. e.g. the rooms were not made up while we were away, there was no top of of water or tea/coffee. I suppose the service is done after you check out, though the industry standard is room cleaning daily. Reception is open till 11 pm , which is good. Check out time was 11 am and while our coach was at 1 pm, I requested a time extension, I was flatly refused but allowed to wait and keep their luggage in the reception area. That's fair I guess, but doesn't really give a very warm feeling.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

The staff are absolutely lovely. It's a beautiful place, it's not right in the centre but it's a very short walk which I really liked as being right in the centre is not necessary.
The room itself was really nice.

La ducha estaba rota, le salía agua por el costado del lluvero y como la mampara no cubría toda la ducha se inundaba todo, necesitamos dos toallas en el piso para controlar el agua. Dado que estaba en el piso -1, cuando una persona se bañaba en el piso de arriba se escuchaba como caía toda el agua por el caño, como si fuera un río al costado de la cama. Muy molesto
