Everything was perfect!
Pros:

The location is amazing, it takes around 10 minutes to get to the city center and the neighborhood is quiet despite the construction nearby. The apartment itself is perfect, you have everything you can need and the interior of the apartment is really nice!

Уютная квартира со всем необходимым. Прекрасный вид на реку. Балкон.
Автоматизированный доступ в квартиру.

Lokalizacja, dobre wyposażenie, wygodne choć wąskie łóżko. Blisko sklepy, restauracje.

Sam apartament jest ok, choć bezpośrednio nad ruchliwą ulicą koale już jego operator....
Najpierw mail: weź się natychmiast zamelduje on line. Ok zrobiłam. Potem za dwa dni: oj zmieniamy dla twojej wygody system , zamelduj się jeszcze raz. Pierwsza próba nieudana , druga system się zawiesił, w końcu meldunek przez telefon nareszcie skutecznie. Co chwila mało potrzebne maile z różnymi komunikatami, większość po angielsku. Więc jak chcecie tak spędzać czas i szlifować swój angielski to polecam.

Kahvaltı almadım. Konumu iyiydi.

Cons:

Banyo çok kötü kokuyordu. Otel yönetimine haber verdiğim halde çözüm bulamadılar ve kötü kokan bir odada konaklamak zorunda kaldım.

El piso muy bonito en fotos pero condiciones de limpieza y habitabilidad.... muy mejorables
Pros:

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado y es muy bonito. Tiene unas vistas muy bonitas al río y dos terrazas: una abierta y otra cerrada. Es ideal para desayunar aprovechando el sol de la mañana. También el baño estaba bien.

Cons:

Las sábanas tenían PELOS cuando llegamos. Muchos pelos. Lo que significa que no las cambiaron y no había otras en el alojamiento. Tuvimos que dormir en sábanas donde ya había dormido otra gente, con muchos pelos y manchas. Fue asqueroso. Les dijimos que nos las cambiaran pero solo podían en un horario donde nosotras estábamos trabajando. Había bichos en el alojamiento. Y dice que hay parking en el alojamiento pero es todo zona azul de pago: 3 euros la hora. Alquilamos un coche y lo tuvimos que devolver porque no había manera de aparcarlo cerca. Todo es zona azul. Lo del parking es MENTIRA. Faltan cosas básicas en la cocina como el microondas o el horno. Tampoco hay trapos para limpiar las superficies. El sofá que hay delante de la televisión es pequeño e incómodo. No lo usamos. La luz en la cocina es casi inexistente y hay muy pocos enchufes en el alojamiento: tienes que desenchufar lámparas y electrodomésticos para cargar el móvil. Es un poco caos.

Cons:

Dirty sheets and dirty room, nr 69 4th floor. Had to pay extra 60 zl to get new linen which I had to change myself. Underneath the pillows and duvet was really dirty with lots of stains. Pillow was really soggy and uncomfortable, asked for another one and got one that was exactly the same… Had to take the trash out ourselves? No cleaning equipment in the apartment such as a brush or vacuum. The shower was super hot or super cold and hard to get a comfortable temperature.

Piękny oszklony taras w sam raz zimą na śniadanka i kawę. Widok fantastyczny na rzekę. Wygodne łóżka w sypialniach.

Jestem rozczarowana przez pokój niespełniający moich oczekiwań i nie otrzymałam żadnej rekompensaty
Cons:

Zostałam zakwaterowana pokoju o niższym standardzie niż zarezerwowałam i zapłaciłam. Pokój, w który otrzymałam jest tańszy o około 100 zł niż ten za który zapłaciłam. do tej pory nie otrzymałam zwrotu różnicy nie wspominając o rekompensacie.

Bardzo zły kontakt z biurem obsługi. Brak odpowiedzi we wskazanych przez firmę kanałach komunikacji.

Oferta %% rabatu jest raczej śmieszna.
