Wrong Apartment, Cockroaches, and Complete Lack of Response

We specifically booked a Deluxe Apartment with a separate bedroom (50m2), as advertised. However, the apartment we received was a much smaller studio (30m2) with no separate bedroom at all, making it completely different from what we had paid for and expected. We contacted the property via WhatsApp, but our messages were ignored almost until the day of check-out. During a phone call, I was promised compensation for the mistake, but after that there was no further contact. The communication through Booking.com was equally disappointing – after promising to investigate what had happened, they simply stopped responding.

I feel completely misled and cheated, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this place.

To make matters worse, the kitchen was poorly equipped – there were no pots, bowls, or even a kettle. Instead, we found several large cockroaches (around 5 cm long) in the kitchen. We reported this issue as well, but once again received no response.

Three days before our arrival, I specifically requested non-feather bedding due to a severe allergy and received confirmation that this would be arranged. However, upon arrival, all the pillows provided were feather-filled.

Overall, the accommodation and customer service were far below acceptable standards. The lack of communication, failure to resolve serious issues, and disregard for guest health and comfort made this a very disappointing experience.

πρωινο δεν περιλαμβαννετο γιατι απλα ειναι appartments,το δωματιο καθαρο με ολες τις ανεσεις,ησυχη περιοχη διπλα απο το plata romana,ολα σχετικα κοντα.

Cons:

το ανσανσερ πολυ μικρο μολις που χωραει δυο ατομα σφηνωμενα,δεν ειναι ξενοδοχειο παρολο που στο booking ειχα βαλει φιλτρο για μονο ξενοδοχεια ηταν καπως παραπλανητικο.Κατι που ηταν πολυ ασχημο ηταν η πολυ κακη μυρωδια των αποχετευσεων στην τουαλεττα.Το ολο κτηριο παρολο που ηταν συντηριμενο ειναι πολυ παλιο και υπηρχε προειδοπιοιτικη πινακιδα οτι ειναι επικυνδυνο σε περιπτωση σεισμου.

Geräumiges, nettes Apartment mit allen Annehmlichkeiten für einen sehr guten Preis
Pros:

Das Apartment war sehr geräumig, mit einem Wohnzimmer und einem Schlafzimmer, in denen jeweils ein großer Fernseher (mit Netflix) war. Die Küche war gut eingerichtet, es war ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden. Alles war sehr sauber, an allen Fenstern waren Fliegengitter. Die Lage war ideal, nicht weit von der Haltestelle des Flughafenbus und zur Altstadt. Im Haus war ein nettes Café, in dem man auch frühstücken könnte. Die Kommunikation hat gut funktioniert, man bekommt einen Eintrittscode für das Haus und das Apartment, was für mich ideal war, da ich erst spät abends angekommen bin. WLAN hat bei mir problemlos funktioniert.

Μοντέρνο και άνετο. Κάναμε νωρίτερα check in και όλοι οι κωδικοί για την είσοδο μας στο δωμάτιο ήρθαν έγκαιρα.

Cons:

Το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν πολύ καθαρό. Τα σεντόνια είχαν κάποιους λεκέδες ενώ την δεύτερη μέρα εμφανίστηκαν κατσαρίδες. Επίσης δεν είχε αφρόλουτρο και σαμπουάν.

Pros:

Location, everything else was average. Bed was OK pillows were cusions rather than full pillows.

Cons:

One of clean towels left was damp. Bathroom was Ok, but shower tray filled with water and treatened to flood bathroom floor.
