We genuinely loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Tokyo.
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at HOTEL KOMACHI Higashi Nippori! Honestly, the room felt like a home away from home. It was very spacious, clean and comfortable, which made a huge difference after spending long days exploring Tokyo.

The location was another big plus. My sister and I especially loved that it was near the Yamanote Line, making it convenient to get around Tokyo. The neighborhood was also quiet and peaceful, so we could relax and get a good rest after a busy day.

One thing we loved SO MUCH was having a supermarket right across the hotel! There were also plenty of convenience stores nearby, making it so easy to buy snacks, drinks, and anything else we needed.

The room had everything we needed, including filtered drinking water, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a kitchen. We didn't get to use the kitchen, but it was nice to have it available. My mom especially loved the washing machine and dryer in the bathroom, which were incredibly convenient during our trip.

The staff were also lovely! They were kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. We really appreciated that they allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out, which made our last day much easier.

Cons:

The only small thing was that we couldn't use the balcony, but honestly, it didn't take away from our experience at all.

Lage super, direkt gegenüber ein Life Supermarkt, alles sauber und gepflegt. Betten sehr bequem. Separates WC.

Cons:

Fehlende Ablageflächen besonders im Badezimmer, auch für Handtücher etwas problematisch. Küchenausstattung an sich gut, aber Geschirrhandtücher fehlen und auch ein paar mehr Töpfe zum kochen wären gut.

Buena gente pero lo demás regular

Estaba muy limpio, tiene lavadora dentro de la habitación, la habitación es tamaño apartamento, muy grande para lo que suele haber en Tokyo. Tiene varios electrodomésticos y cubertería, para poder cocinar y comer sin problemas.
El personal es muy amable y la ubicación bien, cerca de una estación de JR, enfrente de un supermercado y con varios combini cerca.

Cons:

La cama era demasiado pequeña para dos personas, las almohadas eran tan pequeñas y blandas que eran casi inexistentes, tuvimos que usar cojines del sofá. El futón era estrecho, no daba para taparnos dos personas, y daba mucho calor, así que aunque el aire acondicionado congelaba la habitación te podías morir de calor en la cama.
El suelo crujía al caminar y el inodoro también al usarlo. La puerta de entrada a la habitación tenía un cristal por el que entraba la luz del rellano 24 horas y nos impedía dormir, tuvimos que poner una tela gruesa para taparlo y aún así seguía iluminando.
Cada vez que sales hay que dejar la llave en recepción "porque solo hay una copia y si no se pierde", así que no hay privacidad a la hora de entrar y salir.

Odanın büyüklüğü çok iyiydi. Gayet yeterli alan var. Yamanote line’a yürüyürek 7-8 dk da ulaşılabiliyor. Skyliner için durağa yürüyerek 13-14 dk sürebilir. Çok yakın değil ama çok uzak da değil. Temiz havluya ulaşım zor değil ama geliştirilmeli.

Cons:

Temizlik sanıyorum belli gün sayısı üzerinde kalınca yapılıyor. Biz 3 gün kaldık yapılmadı. Havlular aşağıda resepsiyonda kendiniz yenisini alıp eskisini koyuyorsunuz.

這是我們到東京旅行第五次 住得最滿意的飯店 地鐵口近 步行約八分鐘左右 小站實在太棒了出口就這麼簡單 再也不可能住新宿 池袋 沿路便利商店皆有 重點是對面即超市開到晚上12點喔！
一層樓就兩個房間出入很安靜 三個人三張床互不影響 冷氣運作有一點小聲音 房間內隔音尚可 有獨立洗衣機非常加分 洗衣精都備好了 垃圾桶還很大 光線足拉開窗簾為每天出行增加好心情
