九樓房間窗外還可看到晴空塔

Zum ersten Mal habe ich zur Begrüßung in einem Hotel eine so hübsche Schachtel Plätzchen bekommen. Süß ❤️

Pros:

房間比我想像大。而且設備相當齊全。有微波爐。有瓦斯爐。洗衣機等。跟兩個孩子選了有沙發床的房間。沙發床也好睡。室內燈光竟然是搖控。超級方便。員工也非常友善。附近有超商和超市。非常方便。

Cons:

鶯谷站是比較靠近的地鐵站。但沒有電梯。我自己帶著兩個孩子搬兩個26吋行李箱非常痛苦。還好有路人男士幫忙搬。另外我們連住五天。但只有一次打掃。我們預約了時間打掃。但早班櫃台竟然忘記交待。還好晚班的負責較年長的員工幫忙。才有得打掃。

Feel like Home
Pros:

Everything in this hotel is over expectation. They gave you everything you need in the room. Fridge, Washing Machine, Dryer System, Detergent, Comfy Blanket, Air Conditioner, and etc.

I stayed here for 4 nights, Feel Like Home. Walked to Nippori Station only 15-20 mins, to Uguisudani Station only 8 mins.

Opposite the Hotel is a Big Supermarket !!

I will stay in this hotel again if I come back to tokyo again

In a less touristy part of town with such helpful, welcoming, and kind 24-hour front desk. They helped answer questions, coordinate luggage forwarding, and on one day, our water heater had shut off and they responded promptly. Getting taxis and Ubers was incredibly easy. There is a large supermarket and seven-eleven across the street, lots of small mom and pop places to eat walking distance. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Cons:

There are a lot of small step up and downs, which seems to be common in Japan but can be a risk for falls.

Pros:

The apartment was very large the location was very good - quiet residential area, but relatively close to points of interest. It was fully equipped, very clean, 10 minutes from the subway and there were supermarkets nearby. All in all very good value for money.

Cons:

There is a balcony, but it cannot be used (door is locked). And sometimes there was a damp smell in the bathroom (the staff said they can't notice it and maybe it's a cultural difference).

Avoid due to persistent sewage smell
Cons:

We had a thoroughly unpleasant and unacceptable stay at this hotel.
The bathroom had a strong, foul sewage-like odor coming from the washing machine area. We tried two different rooms, and the exact same disgusting smell was present in both. Even though it was February and quite cold outside, we were forced to keep the windows wide open the entire time — yet it made no difference. The stench was so overpowering that it filled the entire room and made our stay unbearable.
In the end, we had no choice but to leave and move to another hotel nearby. It’s a real shame because the property has great potential, but we will definitely not be returning — and we cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
